Vitality Bowls — Restaurant in Pleasant Hill

I'm a longtime customer here, but only because it's the only location that's convenient to make quick runs to for lunch breaks.

At times, service is great. But during most other times... more than 50% of the time I order here, my order is incorrectly made, inconsistently made or I'm given a medium when I paid for a large. I've been way too patient and understanding of these errors made to not yet leave a review. But I just absolutely can't stand it anymore... buy a large? Get a medium. Pay for additional toppings? Missing. Buy an Enjoymint bowl? Get something completely different not even close to resembling it.

I only wish there was a different location to go to, I can't "come back in" every single time , or any time for that matter...for them to correct these mistakes. I just can't make it back in, and they're constantly crediting my account it seems. These inconveniences and screw ups have taken their toll on me over the last 3 years and I've started to hate ordering from here. Reluctant to return, but I still do just not...

I have been here several times. Recently they had a management change and have really turned for the worse. I drive 45 minutes to get here and they always seem to jack up my order. Today they brought it out to me and it barely had any fruit on it even though I paid for extra fruit. I asked for some more goji berries because it literally only had 5. The guy went and brought me 5 more..SERIOUSLY!!!! Then he proceeded to argue with me about how they were the most expensive berry and that was the serving size. I told him that it didnt even have the fruit it usually has. It literally only had 10 blueberries and 15 banana slices. He kept trying to argue instead of at least apologizing to me. He was a complete jerk. I ended up saying could you please leave me alone and stop talking to me like I am a piece of crap. He argued a bit more and left only to go grab his computer and sit right beside me!!!! Glaring at me while I ate my food. It wasnt like I asked for handouts I paid for extra fruit. Done done done will NEVER be back...

Vitality Bowls delivers! high quality gluten free and dairy free meals that can be ordered ahead of time. I started ordering ahead because they do get pretty busy sometimes and it can take quite a while whereas ordering ahead almost guarantees no more than a ten minute wait. People who are complaining about portion sizes and price don’t value their health enough to invest in proper nutrition. sometimes you get what you pay for and unfortunately the food supply is a bigger picture issue far beyond the scope of this review. However I do wish they would carry some warm food but the name “vitality bowl” comes from their signature cold smoothie bowls. the salads are nice and the wraps have a little warmth to them. expect to pay extra for unprocessed organic healthy food. and additionally you are paying for the convenience factor so it becomes difficult for these stores to even make a profit with the cost of...
