I would absolutely take my service elsewhere. It's unfortunate when you're excited about an appointment and get stuck with horrible customer service. Front desk PERLA needs to be trained on professionalism. Extremely rude to my husband and the attitude she had towards him was absolutely vile. My husband followed the directions on how to arrive for your appointment properly. He arrived 10 minutes early like it was said to do and then was told we're not open and wait outside. This was at 950am. He then proceeded to wait outside. Then a woman came shook the door at about 958am. Perla opened the door and let her in and proceeded to start helping her after knowing my Husband is right outside clearly looking at him. My husband let it go and after a few minutes said excuse me not to be rude and let her know that he was already outside waiting and had an appointment. She told him in a disgusting Voice "it's first come, first serve" my husband then said I have an appointment at 10 and the lady clearly does not and she basically told him to screw off with her attitude and That she was going to call security on him. I then called and asked for the front desk lady names and the manager on site. PERLA and CASEY. My husband finally got a phone call with the manager CASEY he explained the actions of the employee PERLA and then only to be fully blamed on being a MALE and the employee PERLA was so called scared all though her attitude would say otherwise. He was also told the encounter is all on video and we would also like the video to confirm of this so called scary accusation. The phone was on speaker the whole time and I listened to how she barely took her employees actions into consideration saying that my husband basically shouldn't have expressed his opinions. CASEY then started getting an attitude with my husband and I then took the phone and asked for a higher up phone and email information and then was told to wait for an email with the information and is now being told that we're not allowed back at the store ever in a very nasty voice. Casey took my email and then I was told I needed to wait a couple days. She also laughed over the phone as the phone call was ending I told her thank you so much for your help and I would hope your employees would be better. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease, and the level of care truly rivals some of the top wellness spots Iâve visited in Miami and Los Angeles.
However, I do want to share a bit of constructive feedback: the service menu is extremely complicated, especially for new clients. I had actually considered coming months ago but found the menu overwhelming and hard to navigate. For someone whoâs new to IV wellness or comparing options between clinics, the complexity can be a real deterrent, especially if thereâs another provider nearby with a simpler, more transparent structure.
Another point worth addressing is the NAD+ offerings. While I appreciate that Restore Wellness carries NAD+ solutions, the lack of flexibility in dosing was disappointing. Not everyone can tolerate high doses of NAD+ right away. Starting at 500mg because of bottle usage policies unfortunately excludes clients who need or prefer to begin with a 250mg dose. While I was there, I actually witnessed a woman leave because a lower dose wasnât available, which felt like a missed opportunity, for both the client and the business.
One solution might be to offer lower doses as part of a structured multi-day protocol, where clients commit to returning within the 24-hour expiration period. A simple agreement or waiver could be signed to protect your product investment while still allowing more flexibility. If you recommend doing NAD+ for four consecutive days anyway, it would make sense to allow for 250mg daily across those sessions without waste.
Despite these issues, I would absolutely recommend Restore Wellness. The team is outstanding, the space is beautiful, and the services, once deciphered are top-notch. I just hope to see the menu and pricing structure refined in the future to make this incredible place even more accessible...
