Five Guys — Restaurant in Pleasant Hill

My family made the mistake of eating here after a movie across the street. First of all, the cashier didn't enter what we'd actually ordered; she apparently decided we were too fat, so she ordered "Little Cheese Burgers" instead of the regular ones we'd ordered. If Miss Thing had bothered to ask, I would have gladly told her about my strict diet, and that I actually needed the 840 calories of the regular cheese burger at that meal. When I pointed out the mistake, she just argued with me. We were all hungry and I wasn't up for a battle, so I just accepted the wrong order. Eventually, they called our order number...but only half our order was actually there. If it had been takeout, we would have been blocks away in our car before we realized that they'd stiffed us our kids' food. Speaking of kids, they do not serve milk for kids to drink. They have 'milk shakes' on the menu, but no milk. (What the hell is in those shakes? I don't want to know.) When we got our food, the Little Cheese Burgers lived down to expectations. Maybe 3 oz before cooking. I had to try to fill up on greasy, nasty fries, and my blood sugar was messed up the rest of the day. And the burgers were mediocre at best - not sure why this place has such a reputation. The kids' grilled cheese seemed to be good, but again, really small. Our active, wiry 7yo had to fill up on greasy fries and peanuts. There is a giant box of peanuts on the counter. So, if anyone in your family has a peanut allergy, know that Five Guys wants you dead. I really cannot imagine how this place stays in business in an area with so many GOOD...

So now this is the second time in a month that I've been to this place ordered my hamburger online. I show up I say my name and the guy behind the counter doesn't comprehend what I'm saying I tell him my name and he just looks bewildered and then just walks away. Just today when this happened my order sat on the shelf for about 5 or more minutes maybe closer to 10 well I repeatedly said my name is Jeff please check the order and the people basically ignored me. This is not how to treat customers You're there to make burgers and then get them to the customer and not let them just sit on the shelf for minutes while they get cold. This is a pathetic establishment and the employees should all be reprimanded for their poor customer service. I would highly recommend anyone considering going to this five guys...

I was severely disappointed to say the least. In fact I didn't even get to eat anything besides my shake and a little bit of the fries because the burger order was so messed up that I lost my appetite. I would hope that when an individual order is almost $20 that the staff would take some care to make sure things are right. And after having to return to return my take-out order I just requested a refund and called it a day. But the fries were not what I would call fully cooked and the shake was tasty but I would assume that when you add bacon..... simcare would be taken to I don't know crumble the bacon and Center just adding strips to the bottom of the shake so that you can't consume with a...
