My group all used the online order function as when we arrived there was a sign saying that their dining room was closed. We placed our orders between the times of 7:03 pm and 7:11 pm. We were told upon arrival at 7pm that when we ordered online they would bring our order out to us. This did not happen. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes for our food. The only reason we got our food at all was because we went inside to check on it once the doors were unlocked. When we arrived at 7:00 p.m. the doors were locked. At around 7:35 p.m. I had gone inside to check on my group's orders. They were sitting in a hot box next to the registers. I have no idea how long they were sitting in there. I would understand if our orders had not been made yet - it was busy when we first arrived. However as all three of our orders were sitting in the box next to the registers when I went in to check on them 30 minutes later, this is unacceptable. If we are told that an order is being brought out to us, we expect that. Two of our orders were for curbside delivery. Another note, the employees did offer to remake our ice cream. However, it took them three tries to get it right and the manager was very argumentative with me when I went to have the order remade/rectified. When the other person who ordered the ice cream item that had to be remade 3 times went in to say that, no it hadn't been made right (was a wild cherry smoothie that had no lemon) the manager on duty basically told them they were lying to their face. Read moreMe and my girlfriend went through the drive-thru right before close last night. We had to wait a little bit for our food, which is no problem - but we got home to discover we weren't given our fries for one of our meals (I knew I should have checked my bag even before we left, but Culver's is never usually like McDonald's when it comes to forgetting food items.) We quickly drove back there and pulled up to the window to try and get the remainder of the meal we paid for. While waiting for us to be acknowledged, we witnessed one female co-worker flipping off another co-worker, a blonde teenager spitting and drinking from the faucet in a sink next to the drive-thru, and then finally someone who must have been a manager comes to the window. We explain that we know they are closed but we just came through the drive-thru 10 mins prior and we didn't get the fries we paid for with my meal. He goes, "Oh well we're closed so sorry there's nothing I can do.." I've been managing businesses for close to 6 years and I have never seen such a poor display of employee professionalism and customer service. I'm glad this man attempted to "make it right" for me... If I were in his shoes, although I wouldn't have necessarily wanted to, I would have stayed and made some fries for the customer that PAID for their meal and didn't get what they paid for OR offered them a free meal next time for the inconvenience, if I truly wasn't able to make some fries. Read moreMy wife and I stopped by a few weeks ago just to get some custard really quick through the drive through. We ordered a contend a concrete and were told to pull forward. The 2 or 3 other cars in front of us, along with us, had to wait for atleast 20 minutes before we saw a single food runner coming out with any of our orders. When we finally got our order the concrete was completely wrong. Wrong custard flavor and wrong toppings. After waiting for so long for a basic order, watching the runners joke and play as they slowly brought out the orders, and then getting the wrong item we asked to talk to a manager. The manager apologized and said we could get 2 free custard orders next time. Tonight we were nearby and decided to get custard. This time, I ordered a concrete with chocolate custard and crushed oreo. When I got it everything seemed fine until I got halfway down, when I discovered that they had filled the bottom half with vanilla and heath but had then topped it with what I had actually ordered. I have no idea if they had just started to make my order, realized they had accidentally started making it wrong and instead of starting over they just filled in the rest with the correct order, or what happened.
