False advertisement. I was told by a employee to download the app to get 15% off. After spending 2 hours in the store as am in check out ready to pay I ask cashier "did you apply my 15% off " and he brings a assistance manager and he tells her I had a question a bit confused I said "oh I just asked him if he apply the 15% off on my transaction because I see him scan my code but I don't think I see it here" she said oh I can't apply it because we don't honor it on bulk buy. ??? On the app doesn't mention anything about limits not one pair of shoes that I bought had more than 3 of the same pair all different sizes because they are for different people there's no sign at the door, no one mention it until I ask and on my coupon the only required ment was to spend 100 dollars or more and my total was 475 dollars. It's discrimination to pick and choose when a coupon is valid when coupons already comes with it's very on manufacturer regulations. First things first, shout out to Tom who was working on Mother’s Day today. It was busy as hell my mom isn’t afraid to ask For what she wants and can come off very demanding/rude at times. We were already disappointed in the downgrade of plus size sizes so Tom went out of his way to Inform us on what information he did Know and even called the next closest store for my mom to see if they had a plus size Section and any other details we may need. He’s was really patient and kind. All together it took maybe 20 mins, give or take. I think any other person would’ve caught an attitude and thought she was doing the most. So again, Thank you Tom!

First time here, and the staff was beyond supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! I had gone in to replace a pair of shoes I had bought online for my oldest that was not the correct size. I wasn't looking to replace the exact same shoe, so long as it was similar in price. Long story short, I found a couple of pairs I couldn't decide on, and was short on time. I made a decision where I would end up returning the next day to purchase the second pair that one of the employees, Natalia, had put on hold after scouting for them for me with so much patience and kindness!
