We ordered teriyaki chicken from Teriyaki Grill. Waited a while for my order even though I was clearly next in line. The guy who was cooking kept calling out the number right before my number. He called it out several times, then disappeared into the back.
The cashier then came over and told me the order sitting up on the counter was in fact mine. So the cook had been calling out the wrong number all that time. In the meantime, my order sat there uncovered and getting cold for minutes.
When we finally ate it, the chicken was crunchy as if it was overcooked with not much flavor. Probably the worst teriyaki chicken that we've ever had from one of these food court places, and it was overpriced on top of it....

She brought him his change with no receipt. After he finished his meal he checked his change, it was $12. My son called us and we called the restaurant an hour after the purchase.
