I brought my 4 kids in for new coats as the weather quickly changed and they needed warm coats. Nobody greeted us or asked if we needed help finding anything, and we were in there for at least 20 mins. There were a lot of things for adults (lots of crop type coats if you’re into that 😝) but only paper thin coats for kids. This review is more toward the entire Outlet Mall Facility, and not directly toward The North Face store. I called customer service at The North Face and they said to take to my jacket to any store and they would ship my jacket back for me. When I got there, there were atleast 50-75 people standing outside waiting to get in. No one seemed to be concerned about social distancing nor did the Outlet Mall seem to reinforce it. Got there was a door at 11Am, people in store folding cloths, and no one would come to door, finally called store and said it was temporarily closed. If you are gonna close your store maybe you should let people know online. Google my business and change your hours.
