I usually don’t post negative reviews but man I have to get this off my chest. Yeah it’s Christmas’s eve and things are going to be chaotic I get it, it’s a stressful time. However, this doesn’t give workers the right to be mean to customers. Mind you this interaction happened around 9 in the morning so it had been an hour that the store had been opened and at the time there was only 2-3 customers inside the store so it was not crowded.
Well I come in, it’s my first time at Under Armor, I see the men section right away since it’s by the entrance and it’s what I’m coming to shop for. I head over and I’m looking at the joggers. Now, I know I am in the men’s section but I didn’t know they had a teenagers section. So I ask a worker who was working on organizing a rack, “hey do you work here” no response just a blank stare and she continues to work. I see she has Under Armor Merch and that she has a radio. I ask her “are these sizes for men or boys” and she’s like we are in the men’s section and I’m like “yeah but are they for boys or for men” because I didn’t know teenagers had their own section and I thought maybe they mixed the sizes for both men and boys. She continues to say “ we are in the men section” she never responded with a yes or no just “we are in the men section” she then told me that teenagers had their own section on the other side.
Her responses came out rude and mean. I’ll be honest if she had met the wrong person the outcome would’ve been different but I simply walked away. The whole interaction upset me and I just grabbed what I came for payed and left. Her behavior was honestly upsetting and no one should be talked to the way she talked to me. So I hope she gets re trained or something because she was absolutely mean for no reason. We all are going through stuff but that doesn’t mean we should take out our frustrations and anger towards someone. Specially a customer who is just asking a question. So my bad to the worker if she was going through a tough time and my question just sent her over the edge. However I still believe she should be talked to about her behavior. (She is short, has short-medium straight hair, and is chubby). Hope to come again and have a better interaction....

Today I went to exchange and/or return the shoe whatever was easier for the salesperson. I had my receipt and was within their return period. I was denied. Read moreThis location is always packed! And it's huge inside! They have a very wide selection (golf, hunting, fishing, running) of men's clothing and shoes, almost half the store. The other half is women's and children. They have a wide range of sizes and products. Hats, balls, shoes, bags, socks, as well as clothing. Can get chaotic on the weekend, and when the store is on sale it's even crazier. There is a Starbucks next store, so maybe get some fuel in ya before tackling crowds!
