About 5:30, 5/25,2018. People in this store did not follow their standard work process and caused 1 out of the 4 items of our order missed. I tried to reminder them about the mistake and showed them my receipt with the missed item. The blond girl did not even look at my receipt to see whether or not that was missed but told me to wait. We waited for 30 minutes altogether but still did not get my coffee. People came after us were mostly served already. The long line was cleared. My 6 year old was very tired and stared getting impatient. I then tried to talk with a second person. They did nothing still. Not a sorry. Not making my coffee. Not knowing which cup the cashier marked was suppose to be my coffee. No any compassion to the poor kid waited for that long.
I eventually got a refund, but my coffee never showed up. They could take time to process refund but could not make my coffee....
   Read moreI frequent this Starbucks maybe once a month. The drinks I have ordered have by no means every been extraordinary but I would say average/good consistently. Yesterday, while running errands at Woodmans, I placed a mobile order during checkout so I could quickly grab it and head home. several minutes past the time it said it would be done, I arrive to find an empty cup with my name on it. The barista explained she couldnât make the drink because the syrup I requested was unavailable due to a shipment issue. I was understanding as she canât control the shipments. However, she then proceeded to make other drinks rather than prioritizing mine. She did not apologize or offer other compensation for the inconvenience. So not only did I not get the drink I ordered ahead of time, I had to wait and felt like a second class citizen. Seriously debating whether I will return to this Starbucks...

After placing an order with her, we finally got up to pay and couldnât pay the the Starbucks app unless it was on a gift card. She wouldnât even let me scan it for points/stars. (The reason for the 4 stars). We ordered 2 drinks and the hot drink came out right away then 2 orders came out that were placed before ours then 3 orders that were placed after ours and finally my second drink (the other reason for the 4 stars).
