Ordered delivery through Jimmy John’s. Received order when I opened it did not get right order, lettuce was brown and tomato’s were mushy. Put everything back in the bag called and talked to the shift manager who stated she couldn’t refund it over the phone or deliver new food since they are using Uber, driver never showed up for them. I said that was fine I was sick I would drive the food back over I just wanted a refund of all my food asked if that was okay she said yes as they can’t just refund one sandwich. Drove the food back over, when I get there she said sorry I can’t refund any of it. When asked why she said they are using Uber for the orders, again not my problem since I ordered through the Jimmy John’s app. I left the food at the place and am disputing transaction with bank. Manager was called while I was there was too busy and stated wouldn’t be in until Monday and I would get a call and couldn’t give me a refund. Do yourself a favor go to hungry hobo or Jersey mikes I am now trying to get my $40 back. Will never be going back and I think this place everyone is thinking the same it was slow at...
Read moreI normally don’t leave reviews but I personally would want to read this before ordering from here. I placed an order at 12:40. I live 3 minutes away, so I normally would drive to pick it up, but I’m home with sick little kids who were napping. At 12:59, I get a notification that an Uber driver is going to bring my food, which I thought was weird. At 1:20, still no food, and when I look it says the estimated delivery time isn’t until 1:35, so I call. I was told that they were still waiting for the driver to show up. When I asked if my food had just been sitting out the whole time, she hesitated and said yes. I asked for it the order to be voided. She went and talked to her manager and said they would be able to void it. I’ll be checking my bank account to see if I do actually get charged for the order since I ordered through the app. It was obviously frustrating, especially since they would have sent food that had been sitting out for an hour if I hadn’t called.
Also, I got a notification at 1:51 that the uber driver had picked up the food. So, it would have been well over an hour...

Driver calls me saying no one is answering the door and I said “try knocking”... 2 minutes later the door opened. Wife was taking a shower and asked him to wait a minute so she can put a shirt on. As she walked away the driver took off. I called and told them to bring the food back, he then has the audacity to yell at her in front of our kids saying that he was waiting over 20 minutes (wasn’t even a total of 5 minutes) She called and spoke to the manager about the drivers behavior and all she was told is that they would talk to him about it.
