Got there in 10, understood waiting a few minutes which then ended up turning into a 25 minute wait. there was a man behind me who was picking up his order as well, paid after me & yet he got his order before I did. The staff went on & offered him a free 2 litter soda but he denied it, however they kept pushing and offering other freebies like a beer or bottled water to make up for the time he waited but he did not want anything. Service: The service is poor. Anytime I call about an issue, I'm on hold for 5+ minutes, unaware of how to resolve issues, incorrect orders. Recently, I called about a late delivery, and they were not honest about why it was late. I was told the driver had already left, but the receipt showed a time printed after the phone call ended.

Read moreI've always appreciated the quality of Mountain Mike's Pizza, but this location has gone down hill recently. I order from them frequently for my office, and they rarely deliver at the estimated time and often take well over an hour. They have also been forgetting items that were ordered, which is very annoying. I don't know if they are understaffed or just poorly managed, but they need to make improvements. The pizza itself is still good.
