Pizza Guys — Restaurant in Pleasanton

We always order from our local Pizza Guys, so when we were in Pleasanton for an event over the weekend they were our go-to. Sadly this location provided a terrible experience. I placed a large order 2 hours in advance online. My coupon code was not applied. I called and the woman assured me she would fix it and that our order would be delivered at the requested time as I explained to her that we were on a limited time crunch. Needless to say, I never received the discount from the code and my order was 30 mins late. When I called to find out what was taking so long the woman told me that if I didn’t like it that I could call the corporate office to complain since she was the franchise owner. She told me that my order was late because it was my fault that I placed a large order on a weekend. Ended up having to feed 40 kids in 10 mins before their bus left. Still waiting on a call back...

A man named Ani, who claimed he is the manager was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I believe he's RACIST!!!! I ordered a pepperoni pizza online, but when I went to pick it up, it was a cheese only pizza. I advised Ani of this and he said it was my fault and that I could pay for the cheese pizza and order and pay for the correct pizza. I asked for a refund, which surprisingly, he accommodated. However, when I tried to place a new order he told me I can no longer be served! He was DISGUSTINGLY RUDE! Are you kidding me?!! After returning home, I called back and asked him for the corporate office information and he REFUSED to give. I will be following up with corporate, This man claims he is the manager....He clearly lacks leadership...

This is by far the worst pizza guys on the planet almost $40 for a large almost not edible pizza soggy 8 piece boneless wings that looked fake & had a smell that made you want to burn it.
