This is such a ridiculously insane restaurant, the service and response is so bad , they say we can pick up the order in 20 minutes from ordering time , every time we go to pick , they make us wait more than an hour!!! These guys don’t know how to scale a business, they take insane amount of orders out of greed and just don’t have the bandwidth to deliver!!! It has been more than 4-5 times same experience with take out!!! That’s it I’m done with this restaurant!!😡😡😡

Our order time was 7:49pm we got our order at 9:50 pm and that was only because we were constantly asking him if it was ready, and every time he said 10 more minutes !! So we couldn’t even make a decision to leave

What was even frustrating was they gave us whatever was ready saying that they couldn’t make what we ordered and even more outrageously frustrating thing was the food was extremely spicy and awful 😡😡 We brought home the food and could’ve even eat , ate curd rice from the morning and went to bed !! Nothing about this restaurant is worth it, not your time, ur money or the quality of food - many of our fine evenings were a disaster because of this restaurant

I urge city of Pleasanton people to save your self and spare ur self from this restaurant

Went for Dinner on Valentines Day with my Family at this Wonderful Restaurant. Though we had been to this Wonderful Restaurant multiple times before, but the Valentines Day Dinner experience is worth mentioning. Everything at this Restaurant was beyond expectations. Specially the Hard Working Boys, who even after so much pressure & over crowding, were so calm & composed & were serving everyone with a Pleasant Smile on their face. Specially Pankaj, who was a one man army, handling everything from managing crowds, cleaning tables, taking orders, bringing water & serving food with utmost politeness, Pride & Positive Attitude. Everything, starting from the beautiful designer plates, silverware, decoration, and wall paintings, was beautifully organized. The food is the highlight of this Wonderful Restaurant. From Appetizers, to Thalis, to Biryanis, to Curries, everything is Fresh, Made to Order, Authentic, & Bursting with Flavors. Hats off to the chefs, who are tirelessly putting out their Hearts & Souls on the platters by serving everyone and giving them a Memorable Gastronomic Experience. Wish I could give them 10 stars. They truly are worth...
