Arby's — Restaurant in Plum

Employees were extremely kind and friendly but mistakes were made. We got the wrong fries, I had to run in and get it corrected and when got home we realized the one large we ordered ended up being a medium. The Prime Rib Cheese Steak had very little meat and was bland, also the same with the Rueben. I got the Gyro which was very greasy, the worst part was all three sandwhiches and fries were stuffed into one bag so the sandwhiches were flattened out and smashed like pancakes.Fries were undercooked ! I was pleased with my shake and that was the only thing that was delicious. $37.00 and dissappointed..... The two stars are for pleasant employees and an awesome shake.

Poor food quality and no attention to details of the order along with food crowding in on bag.

The food was good and waiting for the food to be ready wasn't long at all. There was no line to get in the door or to order food, nor was there a mask mandate at the time. Arby's was not crowded, there was only one other person in the dining room eating. Also, instead of plastic trays that they used to let customers use that were dining in, they put the food in paper bags, I'm guessing to reduce contact between people. Otherwise I will probably return. Good fast service to...

Great food and super staff! We came in 12•13 at 3 to get some post shopping snacks. We were greeted by a young lady named Tao who was super friendly and patient when taking our order. Her manager, whose name I did not catch but she was a taller lady with curly hair who put down her previous activity to help Tao make our food, was more than happy to chat with us while we waited and even gave us fresh turn-overs! Thanks for making a good day...
