Where to start....this place is the absolute worst place to spend your money. Todays fiasco was an encounter with a poorly trained staff member on the drive through speaker. I asked to order a dozen donuts...the voice interupts "are you going to order anything else?" No I just want a dozen donuts...voice interupts "cause I need to know if you just want donuts or something else too" again I said I just want to order donuts. A dozen can I do that here? Voice comes back. "I just need to know because your in the drive through and we want your order ready. Again I said can I just order a dozen donuts please. Voice comes back again" See I just have to make sure you only want donuts or something else" only donuts! By this time I am getting disgusted and said forget it I am comimg in get your manager. I get in and a woman comes up no greeting just a stupid smile and what can I get cha. I want the manager...."oh I am the manager." I said I had an impossible conversation with your employee...."oh yeah I was listening in" no apology...no indication of how poorly I was dealt with. Obviously she was as poorly trained as the rest of the staff. The 1 star is way over praise for this lousy customer experience. If you like staff that are rude, incompetent, noncustomer oriented, and down right infuriating then I invite you to an unreal adventure, go to the DD on 286 Plum Borough. But hurry service like this can not keep this place open much longer. Read moreExtremely poor customer service ,so sick of her attitude. just wanted a hot cup of coffee but I never received one. The machine is always broke so instead of telling me that she hands me a coffee pretending it’s hot and then she’s upset because I called her out on it and I also called her out on her attitude . No one said that it’s her fault that the coffee machine doesn’t work but it’s her fault for having a poor attitude and serving me coffee like I should just drink it cold and shut up . If I would’ve ordered a cold coffee I would do that but I wanted a nice hot coffee and it just never is and she just continues to hand them out for five dollars without even saying you know this might not be that warm sorry do you want something else. Read moreIf anyone is posting anything above a one star for this location it's most likely they were asked to or work there or are related in some way to people who work there. The location on 22 in Murrysville is completely antithetical to this Plum location, they're quick, nice and accurate. It's almost comical how they get your order wrong. Never order a glaze because when they're out they won't tell you they'll just grab any donut and put it in a bag and when you confront them they say "Oh we're out of glaze". A employee is almost constantly getting yelled at for not remembering to brew pots of coffee during morning rush. I don't have the time to spell out how horrible this location operates and honestly I feel bad writing this because there are several teenagers there that in my opinion bear little responsibility of how INCOMPETENT this location and management is.
