If your looking for fast service , friendly waitresses without an attitude , and good food go elsewhere. We have been to Pugliano's before because we like to sit on the outside deck , so we are kind of accustomed to the slow service , however last Friday was a terrible experience. Myself and 5 other people arrived at 6:30 and sat on the deck , when the waitress finally came over she didn't bother to give a name , just what would you like to drink. Finally got drinks and placed an order ,after about an hour and fifteen minutes some of the food came out. We only ordered a steak sub , meatball sub , a personal pizza and 2 orders of wings. Not a lot of food in my opinion . In the meantime our waitress was throwing a temper tantrum , kicking and throwing trays while at the waitress station. Finally after eating half of my luke warm sandwich and cold fries I didn't want the rest so I covered it with my napkin. When we saw the waitress again I asked for my check so I could get out of there after more than 3 hours , she says I didn't have to be rude about it , I'm sorry but I want to leave after 3 hours and terrible service. Next thing I know there is a woman standing next to me not saying a word , a person in our party asks her name and she tells us , but nothing more , we actually had to ask her if she was a manager , her reply was I'm one of the managers. In her hand she had all of our checks but said she forgot her glasses so she couldn't see the checks and handed them to me to distribute among our party. I'm not making this up ,this whole night actually happened. We saw on our checks the waitress was Krystal , So Gary you just lost at least 6 customers and many more if someone asks me for a good place to eat. If you want good Italian food with faster and friendly service , go 1 mile down Old Frankstown rd to Palmieri's , Denunzio's in Monroeville or Gia Visto also in Monroeville , all excellent and...

First off, I really appreciate that you have a band on Saturdays, and that you're trying to get through these very difficult times in light of the draconian measures the State has made you endure. Now the difficult part: I, in no way am trying to get anyone in trouble, but I think that there are a couple of things you may want to know about. Let's face it; the pandemic has made it almost impossible for small businesses owners to eek out a living, and because of that, i think it would be in your best interest to provide better customer service than your competitors. In only a couple of times that I've been going to your place to enjoy the music on Saturdays, has the service been good. It seems that you are understaffed, and the servers who are on the floor, are incredibly slow. I have often had to hunt them down just to add something to my order. My recommendation: hire more staff, and train them to have a greater sense of urgency. Also: today, after waiting far too long (in my opinion), for a beer for me, and a glass of wine for my friend, the wine was served in a dirty glass, with somebody else's lipstick still on the rim of the glass! One more thing: the food is just so-so. I can normally overlook that if everything else is great, but after the weather gets too cold have bands, I can see no reason to come back if changes aren't made. I hope you take my criticisms in the spirit in which they are intended. I love supporting small businesses, and I applaud you for keeping your doors open and keeping...

Food is way too inconsistent.

For years I looked for a place that could make a legitimate cheesesteak after moving back to Pittsburgh from living in Philly for 6 years. I placed my order which was a combination of the two cheesesteaks they had on their menu. Finally! Hands down the best cheesesteak in western PA. Absolutely awesome, the search was over.

Yesterday, I got a craving for a good cheesesteak. I placed my order to go, got home, rolled up my sleeves. I couldn't wait. It was the absolute worst cheesesteak I've ever had anywhere. The "shaved ribeye" was more like big slabs of old lackluster gyro meat.Whoever was working the grill on 10/13 ought to not ever cook for anyone again. They lack any passion for what they do and should be embarrassed for what they send out of their kitchen.

This order was to go, but service and everything is always great at this place. My wife and I frequent the place because it's one of the only non-fastfood places on our way home from work on Golden Mile Highway when we don't feel like cooking. When they're good they're great, when they're not they're aweful. It has to be who is in the kitchen on what shift, but why would a manager not be checking for...

I cannot say enough great things about Pugliano's. As both a restaurant and an event venue. The food is delicious and the menu is extensive. My family and I have eaten here several times and chose to use their private room for my bridal shower this past weekend. The Champagne Brunch Package was so unique and included EVERYTHING - bagels, treats, eggs, pancakes, waffles (my personal favorite), bacon, ham, sausage and a make your own omelette bar that my guests loved. The bar had mimosas and bloody marys (mimosas included, paid for a consumption bar on the bloody marys) The staff is so kind and know their stuff - service was phenomenal. The room itself is a perfect size for an intimate gathering of 50 or less.

Stopped In for a quick drink and decided I couldn’t leave without trying something from their menu! I had a build your own burger 🍔 which was outstandingly delicious! Next thing I knew they opened up the dining room windows and LIVE MUSIC! Thank you everyone at Pugliano’s for the drinks and entertainment!

I've dinned here several times over the past 15 years. The feed has always been decent and the staff friendly and attentive. Nothing on the menu is mind-blowing more comfort Italian food. They also have a catering menu, and you can rent out the whole restaurant if im not mistaken.
