Very Very disappointed in the individuals they are staffing on the evening shift. Attempted to buy food near 954pm-950. Young lady on the intercom says very “tired & lazily”… just to let you know we are out of roast beef. I calmly reply, OK give me a minute… I then asked the young lady just to be certain “ do you have the Wagyu beef for the burgers?”… she then laughs and says very sarcastically and rudely…. “Uhhh yeah of course.. thats not the same thing as Roast Beef lol”. I reply, I am completely aware of that. I just wanted to be certain that you had beef at all… she then replied very sarcastically…. Yeah OK sir… Yes, we have beef... so I decided they will not have my business tonight., so I Drive next-door to the Wendy’s. And the staff is so nice and friendly. It was ridiculous! I’m an old-school retail veteran and just to be certain of my thoughts… I told the young lady in the Wendys window line what just happened at Arby’s… and she thought exactly what I thought. So Dear owners of Arbys... I hope you hear this and take action on it, the neighborhood of Plymouth has been waiting for the Wendy’s restaurant to open back up, if you don’t straighten up your people there, Arby’s quickly can be closed next! Arby’s was able to pick up more business in that area simply because the Wendy’s was closed, I would highly advise that you perfect your staff quickly so you don’t lose the clientele you have picked up. This is a basic tactic that employees will use when they want to Slack… they start saying things that stops customers from ordering food so they can close early! And I can tell you no one is going to allow anyone that rude to make their food, for fear that they might do something dangerous...
Read moreThe fact that I have ordered from here every other day for a week aside, every order is messed up. Missing dipping sauces, missing sides, putting the wrong item in the bag. Your job is simple: make the food & hand it to customer. If you cannot perform this adequately, ask yourself what you are doing here on this earth with your life.
Ordered a BEEF AND CHEESE: item received: buffalo chicken sandwhich. Ordered wings, 2x ranch because they never even give one: 0 ranch. If all you have to do is ONE THING: GET THE ORDER RIGHT and you cannot do that, when you wake up and remember you make 15 dollars an hour for the rest of your life - you will understand.
Funny thing is about once a month the food will come out looking like it does in the commercials - wish this A team staff was always present instead of the mouthbreathing incompetent "workers" they have there most days. Step your game up - your job is...
Read moreWent there on 3-6-2024, about 1:15 pm. The drive thru "kid" was super obnoxious, told me a total, which I couldn't understand, and to drive around. Said the total atleast 3 more times to which I still couldn't understand, all the while with a big smile on his face and almost laughing. The lady making the drinks to the side of him was trying not to laugh herself. He was saying like 78, at first i thought he was saying like 78 doll hairs or something, but he just being stupid, because my total was 7.87. Finally got a clear answer out of him, he took my money, closed the window. Then immediately opened it again and with half his body hanging out the window obnoxiously waved and yelled goodbye to a car that abandoned the wait at the drive thru menu. I've always like the staff at this particular Arby's. But will think twice before going to this...
