I'm generally rate five stars thanks to always loving their pizza. This location, however, needs some work. I stopped at it because it was on my way home from work... But probably will not be back for a while. When ordering, I asked for a menu to see what kind of specialty pizzas they had (I had not had pizza in a while and wanted to see what they offered). The very bored, oblivious teen boy behind the counter said they didn't have any menus and stared at me. OK. That's totally fine. What kind do you have? I thought an employee would at least know a few off the top of their head and would have recommendations. Instead I got (imagine Jake from statefarm voice), "Uuuuhhhhh, a lot." Ok. That's fine. What do you recommend? "Uhhhh....." Insert blank look here and awkward staring. A while later, and me trying to explain what I want, and him telling me I'd be better off with a specialty pizza (gee, I would have never guessed), he finally pulls a list up on the screen and starts shooting off the specialty pizza names. Why couldn't he have done that the first time or within the first five minutes? Anyways, I finally get my pizza in a reasonable time (once order was finally placed) and left. Read moreI used to love this Jets….that was until today. I ordered online, and when I submitted my order, I received an error that the order didn’t go through, yet they still charged my credit card. When I called and talked to the very rude manager, Brendan, he said there’s nothing he can do and I’ll have to re-order since they didn’t receive the order. This means I would’ve had to pay double today since they had already charged my card. He said they are not affiliated with the online ordering system (yet my card was charged and I ordered through this location) and I’d have to call corporate for a refund if the charges don’t drop off in a few days. He didn’t even care. He didn’t offer me a credit or anything. He laughed at me and said sarcastically “have a good day” and he hung up. I’ve never been treated like that before. They definitely need new management and a new system in place so this doesn’t continue to happen, but it will be too late if they do make changes because I’ll never order from...
Read moreFood and service are normally superb...but tonight they made a terrible decision. We placed an online order and waited an extra hour to give them time...so they had 1&1/2 hour to make 1 pizza... We arrive and the young man tells me "we were overrun with orders so we decided to cancel multiple orders randomly"???!!?? I asked him why didn't you call us to tell us that??? His answer "we were backed up and didnt feel we needed to"....!!!??? He then said "no worries sir it was cancelled so you were not charged".... I politely opened my bank app to show him THE CHARGE... He claimed he needed to ask someone what the best course of action would be... I said "MAKE THE FOOD". It took somebody in the back minutes to actually contemplate and make that simple decision. So cancelled order...no courtesy call...and another 30 minute wait. Not good...
