Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Plymouth Charter Township

8/04/2020; This past week I was dying of hunger between students' lessons, and I only wanted to spend a few dollars on food. I went to this location again, around 4pm, and they were totally stocked with bread, pizzas, etc., and was met at the register immediately after I walked in. Good service. I went back this afternoon, and same good service. I got some Italian cheese bread, noticed it was a bit dry, asked the person who took my order if they would add some butter; they offered me another box, and also offered to add the extra butter. No questions asked, and a second instance of good service within a week. Currently worth going to. Changed from 1 to 4 stars.

Every single time I've come to this location it has been disorganized, and only barely functional. Management is seemingly not a thing here, and depending on the employees working on any given day you might have to wait 30+ minutes for a pizza, because they'll burn it because they're in the back talking, or because they've given your entire order away to someone else. Honestly, it gets busy there, but being busy isn't the issue, it's an entire lack of caring. Definitely just won't be coming back to his specific location again, because it's honestly a waste of money. every....

Normally this location is on point but for some reason this last time around -- bc they were so busy they missed the mark....and quite frankly have been missng it my last couple of visits. So, the most recent time I went I ordered over the phone while in route. I was given my total and informed it would be at least 30 minutes...that was fine. However, when I arrived almost 25 minutes later... they were running around like chickens with missing heads... not only that, when I placed my order earlier, apparently it either wasn't taken properly or it was given to another patron prior to my arrival; whose order may have also been improperly mismanaged.

I still somewhat recommend them despite the food being decent bc they still have good days vs the bad. They just need to be trained a little better and then coached on how to be more proficient...

I called and ordered a hot and ready with butter and parmesean. The man said "it will be $5.30 when you come in".. Im thinking, cool, maybe they have a promotion going on. I go in and tell the cashier my order. He asked if I ordered on the phone and I said "yes". He gets a box of pizza and prepare it and comes back with my total. Cashier: $7.18 (or something like that) Me: "the guy on the phone told me it would be $5.30 when I come in" Cashier: "nope, he lied to you. Butter and Parmesean costs more." Me: "so does he not know the prices"? Cashier: shakes head no "and its funny because he's been here longer than me." So since the employees lie to the customers while the others think it's funny, I will for now on pass this one to go to another. Never have I gave a review but...
