So I’ve been a consistent customer to this particular location for the past four months now and as of today, I was refused service from now on due to me highlighting some issues I was having with my food so in the beginning, everything was great food was on point nice and hot got a respectable amount of food in my bowls everything was satisfactory up until the last few weeks the portion size depleted tremendously and my food was unfortunately consistently cold so Friday the 20th of June I entered into the store got my usual bowl then I raised my concerns to the one young lady who apparently is the junior general manager that the portion size wasn’t sufficient and was charged for a double which I did pay for ultimately but I expressed my concerns about that plus that my food has been cold for the last week and a half and basically was just getting a dismissive attitude about it then I proceeded to write an email to corporate about the situation . So today I proceed to enter in the store as I normally do for my daily lunch routine proceeded to order my usual bowl and again got disrespectful portion size again plus I’m not sure if they’re familiar with OSHA rules and regulations when it comes to hair nets because I can’t recall a time I’ve seen some of the staff members wearing any specially both of the managers and they have both prepared a bowl for me before but no biggie continuing on the conveyor line one of the staff members proceeded to try to ask me a question I chose not to answer the question twice that was asked and I proceeded to the cash register to pay for my food and then the staff member whom I found out, indeed was the general manager of the store proceeds to inform me that they now wants to refuse service to me without a true justifiable reason and all due to because I raise my concerns about my food/me sending in an email about it now in a way it feels like they’re trying to bully me by now, wanting to refuse any service and like I said, not having a real justifiable reason so I just wanted to leave this review in here because it seems like I’m not the only person that’s having these service issues and Qdoba is a great place to get food from, but I really feel as though that they truly need to address this consistent issue with the staff members PS : I enjoy the food too much so to the point where I stopped eating from chipotle and chose...
Read moreOn 01/16/2023 I went to Qdoba for the sole purpose of chips and salsa. I told the young lady I would like the chips and salsa and I would like to add two additional salsas to that order of chips. She rang up three salsas and then told me that I didn't order chips with the salsa. I explained to her the first thing I said when she asked what my order was, it was chips and salsa the only difference was instead of one salsa I wanted to try two additional ones which I was more than willing to pay for the additional sauces. She then continued to debate with me whether I wanted chips. Who would think people would just stop in for salsas. That may be a thing but I specifically said chips and salsa since that's the exact wording from the menu which I was reading from. Eventually after some back and forth between her and I (which I can't understand why I am going back and forth with the staff for service and product I am paying for) I finally received some chips. When I got home, I noticed it was barely one scoop of chips in the bag, the bag was three chips from being empty. Read moreI love Qdoba in general but this location I do not like. I’ve been here a few times and haven’t really had bad experiences, but I have noticed they are always out of things like rice and sauces and drinks. Today I went in for a bowl and the guy that made my bowl skimped everything. He put the tiniest dollop of guac on my bowl I mean I don’t ever complain about something like that but it was the tiniest scoop. I actually just stared for a sec cuz there’s no way you thought that tiny scoop was even okay. I should’ve said something but come on. Chipotle doesn’t even do that and they skimp everything. Part of the reason I think he skimped it was cuz the guac was running out, but if you work at a food place and something someone orders runs out why not just ask if they mind waiting for a new batch? Idk it’s not that difficult? You gotta make it anyway. The girl that checked me out was also rude, she seems very dismissive I’ve seen her before she always looks angry and displeased.
