Primos sandwich is now weaker than wawa's that's sad. Got 4 sandwiches all were extremely light on meat and cheese for sandwiches averaging $13 to $15. Supremo missing mozzarella. Abruzzi was basically a cheese sandwich with a little broccoli rob and one paper thin slice of cold cut pork and when I say paper thin you could probably see through it. Audie was weak as you can see from picture and this was the better of the sandwiches of the four of them and the corned beef schwartzie was minimal meat and slaw with a mess of dressing on a roll. I'm done with Primos at least this one anyway. If your gonna charge for a sandwich make me a sandwich a good roll just doesn't cut it without anything in it.

This may be my first review ever. Plymouth Meeting/Conshy location is SO BAD. I wont be coming back after multiple purchases from here, they are by far the worst primo location I've had. Check out that meat to cheese ratio!! Its not only laughable, but really not good (I was hungry so yes I ate it). $20 for old toppings, terrible service and a slice of meat ON AN ITALIAN HOAGIE?! No thanks, save your money and go local or the next closest primo location. The manager here clearly has no problem serving terrible products at excess cost when Primo has always been a great brand. Please shut down your shop.

So I decided to order and pick it up.. This is expensive for me and was excited.. also hungry and with no time.. The Sanwhich had no oil, no long hots and one roasted red pepper.. When I called the person who answered did not apologize.. Told me to come and get the peppers.. I could not leave work again and I was hungry.. I have a condition and I have to eat.. 26 dollar worth of chalk!!! The sandwhich was not ready when I got there even though it said ten minutes.. and the order was wrong.. and I asked the guy if my peppers were inside... Not good.. Not at all!!

This is the Conshy location, which I ordered on-line by mistake. That being said, the pick-up time was 35/40 minutes from when I ordered. When I got there, the order wasn't started, and I ended up waiting another 30 minutes. Basically canceled the whole idea of ordering ahead. There were 2 employees but only one making sandwiches, and they were busy so it went slowly. Guy at the counter wasn't particularly pleasant, and should have been a little more upfront about the order not being ready when I arrived, but just told me a few more minutes (which was a half hour longer). Customer Service is a lost art, and this location sure...
