I have had numerous occasions of the manager refusing to cut my bagel sandwich in half- I asked corporate about this “new standard” and they never got back to me. I was met with crickets. I last went to this location on August 17 and I have stopped because of the lack of care for sandwich presentation. Attached are photos from when I got the sandwich. The bagel I received was messy and because it wasn’t cut in half, the fillings were spilled into the wrapping, including the cream cheese was on the outside of the bagel. It was also falling out of the sandwich when I was eating it. This sandwich costs 10 dollars- I want to eat the whole sandwich not just part of it. I’ve never been to a bagel shop that doesn’t cut their sandwiches. The service here is also inconsistent. Please Fix the issue with your “new gm” that has brought in these new standards that are crazy. The food tastes good and would meet a 3-4 star rating overall but lack of professionalism by brueggers gm and corporate team puts this at a 1z

Hard to really review this location when it's 6:12 a.m. And their doors are still locked. Might want to change your hours And let people know you open when you feel like it. Instead of being ready at 6:00 a.m. some of us actually like to stop and get food before we go to work. Of all the different locations, this is hands down the worst one. If you're in the Wayzata area, I highly recommend that one. UPDATE: They didn't open up until 6:30 and in that time I saw a handful of other customers leave and one other customers that waited the few remaining minutes before they opened informed me that they've been this crappy for the past couple of years there was no explanation of why nor was there an apology. So I got the joy of waiting over 30 minutes for nothing. I ended up ordering and the brisket was cold in the middle.

Wife and I ordered bagels and while the employees were friendly, both items were disappointing. She got a cinnamon bagel with cream cheese, specifically to avoid poppy seeds, and the cutting board isn't cleaned between bagels so the bottom was caked in the toppings of the last dozen bagels (including poppy seeds). I got the bacon tomato egg white sandwich (pictured just lifting the top off unadjusted) and it, in addition to having cinnamon on the bottom, had little contents and wasn't even egg white. Love Bruegger's generally, but this location was disappointing unfortunately.

My rating for service is based off of the customer service of the employee Bailey. I frequently go to many locations of Bruegger’s, as she went on to tell me I can’t request light cream cheese and xtra on another because there is no button for it I found that to be very misleading as I request this almost every visit. Simply turning around to tell the employee making the food would be appropriate if there is no button. Additionally I was trying to put my loyalty number in and she kept asking me if I was going to pay and then under her breath told Marie “she still needs to pay with a card.” I simply wanted to know if my number went through and until I simply asked can you see my name on the screen to know if it registered it was a mess with a long line behind me when it should have been routine as I’m sure this is done with most customers.

** I would like to point out Marie came in with outstanding customer service that needs to be acknowledged and turned our experience around. It was extremely busy and while doing everything to get food out to dine in customers she asked what our number was and asked the employees to make one light & one xtra. She was very friendly while smiling the whole time and recognized the problem and stepped in immediately at the register and then after while expoing the food. Thank you again Marie for your extraordinary customer service during...

It is quite unpleasant that the website shows that they open at 6am and when you get to there they told you that open at such an unusual hour as 7:15am (but anyway I waited) but I have to add to that that the employees are not friendly at all, my experience was much worse.

I work in retail business and I understand how difficult it is to work with customers, I felt frustrated, I needed to buy breakfast for the team that was working in my store since 4am and I selected your business since we all like your baggels and why they were open at 6am, but I decided to wait so as not to disappoint my associates who were encouraged by a good breakfast. Finally, when they opened (which by the way opened at 7:10am and other customers who arrived after me came in with the open announcement still off, they were served first than me) the young woman began to serve me in a hurry and every time I told her which Baggel wanted she continue asking me very quickly “and what else” to finally finish serving me. I am quite patient and I try to understand that their job is not easy, but it made me want to tell them not to put pressure on me and to try to serve me super quickly since I was patient and waited fo you an hour because your business did not update your business hours in the web.

Thank you for contacting me and caring about my...

Short: this location (Rockford Road) sucks.

I tried to write a longer review but it accidentally closed. You can read other recent reviews and you'll see a recurring theme.

I moved out of MN and my three trips here this week have grown increasingly disappointing. Bagels are still great, but the dining room and windows were last cleaned pre covid.

For my three trips, the staff is too disinterested to get more tomato, cream cheese, or ice if/ when needed. They just don't give a s* about the customer. I was served one bagel with less than an ounce of cream cheese, another with a hard greenish tomato and a coke that was room temp. When I asked for ice I was given four melted cubes. When I asked for more I was told he didn't have any. I suggested there's an ice machine in back and more could be had there. I thought there was going to be a standoff.

Dine here at your own risk, or better yet just skip the frustration.

The owners are preoccupied with their 1900 Panera and other acquisitions, although they're running most everything...
