It seems to me that they dont know how to cook certain things well and they didnt treat me great like some asian restaurants.........they're prices aren't bad but I got the fried pekeing ravioli and they either overcooked it or they think they cooked it right....I treated them as I would anywhere as I am In customer service..I work a deli and seafood....but they just seemed off..and it was 4th of July right after they fireworks and many places were closing or closed so they just treated me like just another drunk kid but I'm 35 and just went to the fireworks right after work.....I found this place and thought by the loos of it thr Food would be great..there was good portion..but I couldn't bite thru the ends of the fried dumpling...I was upset...and the ginger sauce wasn't great either but the teriyaki beef was fine..nothing special...I recommend telling them to not burn ure Peking raviolli...and not getting the general good chicken...I wanted that at first but with no broccoli cuz I'm good with broccoli..and they told me it would he very small...like okkk why do u even tell me and not give it to me....so because they kept saying like without the broccoli it will be very small.whicj is sad because that means they don't give much in the first place..and usually I got good portions almost anywhere i go..this so not gourmet dining..it's an in and out joint with a couple seats in he front... I will try them one more time but if u really want good stuff try somewhere u know ..or...
Read moreSCAMMERS The woman who answers the phone is not only incredibly rude but she also charge me for beef teriyaki when I never ordered it. When I called she claimed she would send the driver back to pick up the beef teriyaki and refund the money. Afree awhile later she called and said she all of a sudden found a paper where she did circle the beef teriyaki so that means we must have ordered it and she refused to refund me my money that she stole from me without authorization. Horrible horrible way to treat customers who have been coming to their reasturant once a week for over 20 years. Not only have they now lost out on $300-$400 at least every month worth of business just from me but I am going to make sure that all Plymouth residents are aware that HAPPY GARDEN is pulling a scam and unlike a typical American restaurant where the customer is always right, instead Happy Garden robbs their customers and instead of admitting that THEY made a mistake, they just claim that it was the customer who obviously ordered the item and then tried to claim they didn't (Because that makes a whole lot of sense). Read moreI ordered food and the lady that answered the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE. I’m trying to tell her my order and she’s rushing me the whole time. I work at a food place I know how it is when it’s busy and I am a really understanding person but the Level of ignorance was Appalling. Then I ask what they have to drink there and she literally screams “ YOU TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT ILL TELL YOU IF WE HAVE IT” ... so I told her and click she hangs up . So about 15 minutes goes by and I think to myself dang I didn’t even ask for extra duck sauce so I call back and ask to please send the driver with extra duck sauce and she screams “The Driver Already Left” and hangs up the phone. Ok if the driver left but say “I’m sorry our driver already left” don’t scream at me and then hang up the phone on me. Needless to say I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN.
