Only giving this place 3 stars instead of 5 stars because their parking lot is not labeled correctly in a way that makes it safe to navigate. You turn onto the frontage road that the Starbucks is located off of and there appears to be one entrance and one exit, which would be the logical layout right? but both driveways have big “do not enter” signs in front of them. The second driveway looks like the natural entrance as it’s right by the drive through lane and there are white arrows on the pavement that go both directions - indicating that it is a two way lane. To make matters worse the drive through line is often long enough to block the exit/entrance entirely and the only measure put in place to keep people from blocking it entirely is the words “Do not block are written on the pavement”. I’ve seen people get in arguments and near accidents because this signage is so confusing and so unclear. If you need the “Do Not Enter” signs and keep going down the frontage road it looks like you are just going to pass the location entirely but if you round the corner to the left the road merges with the drive through lane and there is a bypass lane to go around the drive through lane and a hard to notice sign that says “must do a loop”. So in order to enter the parking lot you have to do a full loop around the building and then come back around because all of the lanes in the parking lot are supposed to be “one way”. Despite the multi- direction arrows painted on the ground. To say this parking lot is a cluster F@&! is an understatement. And it would be a really easy fix to make the rules more clear. 1) put branded “exit only” signs at both of the driveways 2) repaint the pavement with arrows online going one direction and add “one way” to clarify. 3) the sign explaining you must do a loop needs to be much further up the road and the sign needs to be bigger with like a big arrow pointing where to go. This is a serious safety hazard and I’m super surprised more people haven’t complained as I”ve seen multiple times people almost get into accidents, lots of car honking, and arguing. A Starbucks run should it be stressful and customers who are just trying to park shouldn’t have to battle customers who are just trying to get in line for the drive through or exit. Will look for a place to report this to the city as well as I’m sure it could be a mixture of public and private roads/driveways. But something...
Read moreWhen I walked in to order three employees looked at me multiple times without saying anything. Not even a hi, we will be with you shortly. I knew they were busy so I overlooked it. After waiting almost 5 minutes someone finally came over and asked for my order but then I was immediately interrupted so she could grab food out of the toaster. When she returned she took my Order and then walked away without asking for my name or even a thank you for waiting. When I was given my order I asked for cream and was met with eye roll - she then filled a small cup with cream and then slid it to me across the counter and walked away. None of the people working looked like they wanted to be there and everyone seemed intensely frustrated. I’m not sure if they were short staffed for that day or what but the customer service is severely lacking here! The oatmeal I ordered was also missing the honey, sweetener, and nut pack that’s normally included. I understand things get busy but that doesn’t mean you need to be rude to...
Read moreTo be quite brisk, Food = good Service = good Atmosphere = hectic
The food was as good as it is at any Starbucks. Good, well made drinks, and serviceable food. The service was polite and professional. I don't know how they handle the occasional order mistake, but thankfully I've never run into that problem.
The Atmosphere is hectic normally. I am not sure how much to blame on the franchise or just on the patrons. There's only so much that can be done to handle people who have no indoor voice. Maybe there were several hard of hearing folks there, who knows. I would suggest taking the drink on the go. It's just...
