Arby's — Restaurant in Pocatello

Who doesn't love Arby's?!?! It has the most delicious sandwiches & the best part about em is they're made with Sliced Roast Beef cooked fresh every night before they open so it's like slow roasting cooked beef! Almost forgot to mention the Curly Fries, OMG no~one else in town has curly fries the taste as good as Arby's. If you decide to go try em out be sure to order the cheddar curly fries & make sure to ask for a side of red ranch then when you sit down to eat them make sure you dip your fries in both sauces and once you do you'll get a nice little taste of heaven! Last but not at all least as your leaving the store be sure to ask for a Jamocha Shake(Arby's is the only known restaraunt that I've ever been too all over the U.S. that has these kinds of shakes too) & trust me when I say you're seriously missing out on the best shake in the entire world so the next trip you take to Arby's just trust me and ask for that Jamocha Shake, please! If you go and don't get that shake you're always going to wonder for the rest of your life if this girl doing an Arby's Review is being honest and you'll wish everyday for the rest of your life what the Jamocha Shake tasted like. Usually I enjoy Arby's but lately the service has not been that great I ordered 5 sandwiches, 3 Manzanillo Cheese sticks, 2 fries and asked for marinara sauce for the cheese sticks, horseradish sauce, Arby's sauce and some Au Jus sauce for my steak sandwich to my surprise at the exit window I was told I could not get the Au Jus dip because it cost more and they could not take money thru that window when I offered to pay and when arriving home to eat found I did not even have a marinara sauce for each of my 3 orders of cheese stick, got two horseradish sauce and two Arby's sauce not even one for each of the sandwiches I purchased or the fries.

Really disappointed in the service hope this does not continue at this location or I will have to drive out to the Chubbuck Location to get my Arby's meals in the future, this location now has been very marginal service the past few times I have been the time prior had to drive all the way back thru the drive in window because my order was missing the cheese sticks and one of my sandwiches

Was just awful old tasting food. Cherry turnover i could have used to carv my name in the table. Fried cold old barely luke warm. But my absolute favorite part of wasting money spent on 3 people for nothing was when i took the turnover back up he said , "would you like me to microwave it for you?" At that point i had to laugh and i said no. He gave me a newer one that was just hard and stale. So i new it was all pointless and said lets go to domino's. Ordered 3 amazing pizza's and ate driving our 2 hour drive and then finally felt full and happy. Certainly wasnt happening at your establishment. The part that kills me is when the employees go out and spend their hard earned money they expect to get what they want correct. Why is it so hard to do the same for others? Do like your job?
