Had the worse experience we have ever had today. My husband wanted to go for father's day so our kids could eat and play. We got there i ordered we kept seeing purple who came in after us get there food and eat or leave after waiting 20 mins I went up to ask about why it was taking so long. There were 2 employees up front they completely ignored me and kept on with there conversation with eachother. I finally had to interrupt them to ask about our food. The girl didn't even look at my receipt and just looked in the back and said there making it now even tho I told her we've been waiting for over 20 mins. I go back to our seat and still see people coming and going with there food. I waited another 10 mins and by this time me and my whole family was doing really hungry and irritated. I go back up and same employees stool standing there having there conversation another employee came up to meand ask what I needed. I showed her my receipt she them told me that there just really busy but I told her we've been waiting for over 30 mins and have seen many people come and go that came after us. She went to the call and came back and said that my order didn't come up on there screen and that was the problem. Which when I first ordered it saw it pop up on the screen so I knew that wasn't true. I went to sit down again to wait after another 10 mins we finally got our food. My husband said if we didn't already pay for our food we would have just left. When we were finally leaving we say the same employees just talking and and older man standing there trying to order but not getting anywhere because no one was taking care of him. This is ridiculous an just awful. This should was just awful seeing this all happen. These employees should be talk to about there actions. This location really sucks at 5am trying to pick up an uber because I waited in drive through at the menu for 20 minutes with no answer I said hello multiple times and nothing. I couldn’t go inside because they don’t open until 6am I went to the window and sat there for another 10 minutes until finally someone assisted me and that was after I knocked on the window 3 times. The woman who FINALLY assisted me gave me attitude and was short with me I highly recommend to not use this location as management sucks and so do the employees. The woman who assisted me had brown hair and tied in a bun she was maybe 5’3 in her maybe 30s and up. She needs to be retrained on how to have good customer services. I called the store and talked to the supervisor Maria and tried to explain to her what had happened and she was also very rude to me and did not help me instead I got attitude because she had just got there and it wasn’t “her fault.” Maria also had stated she did not want to get into trouble which is a weird thing to say if it wasn’t “her fault.”Not sure how much training she does have on hand or underneath her. But from what I gathered was that she was ignorant and that she didn’t want to,” get in trouble.” What does that mean? I couldn’t even call and complain to the manager on duty and hear some sympathy instead she got defensive....

They promised to send me cards to make things right well that didn't happen so then I went in to take care of it omg the GM I'm assuming that's who she was was not in any uniform and she. Treated me like I was trying to get free food!! I was so stinking embarrassed!! I didn't get at all what we had paid she made me feel like a cheat and I told her how embarrassed I was she didn't even apologize for the first incident! We paid 32. Dahm dollars the first time and we got salads and fish!! And just now she embarrassed me so bad I Only got a 20 piece and large fry for 3 of us to split, o and she threw in a few pies.. O feel like I should waisted the gas and gone right back right away but I was waiting on what ever they were going to send in the mail. That never happened and now to be treated like this?? I'll never EVER go in that store again! She didn't even apologize for is getting the wrong order or that we didn't get the cards in the mail or what ever they were going to send us!!I'm angry I work hard for my money and I feel like I spent so much.
