I ordered coffee and a siracha bacon croissant at the drive thru. Had to wait another 5 minutes for the sandwich. After I pulled away and opened the bag, there was a wrap with bacon and egg in it instead so I went right back. The drive through line was too long so I went in. First the girl at the drive-thru tried to tell me the sirachi bacon comes on a wrap. I told her it was a special and was supposed to be on a croissant which I had also specified. Then I waited 15 minutes while the guy preparing the food was obviously overwhelmed with orders and had to then go in the back to get more bacon. It was 9 in the morning so I don t know why they weren’t prepared for breakfast. So I asked the same girl if my sandwich was being made which I could see it wasn’t. She said they were backed up because someone ordered $30 worth of food. ?? He was making other orders. So finally the girl handling drinks went to help him and made my sandwich. Meanwhile two other customers received wrong orders from another guy behind the counter. One lady was really angry and asked for a manager and was told there wasn’t one. And the guy making the food orders told the girl at the window not to sell anymore food! To be fair, I think they were trying their best but this store is seriously either understaffed or undertrained. Won’t be going...
Read moreYou know, it’s one thing to have a township full of poor quality food but it’s another when the staff are extremely rude to you. At approximately 8:30pm I drove to the drive -thru and tried to order a food entry and the young lady sounded distorted through the speaker. I asked her to repeat herself and it was dead silence. I decided to pull around to the window which was wide open with no cars in sight and no one was at the window. You can hear a lot of giggling and she approached the area like deer a deer in headlight (I guess she thought I had pulled off). I asked her to repeat herself and she said “we can’t serve food right now.” No signage that says they don’t serve food after a certain hour and I know for a fact I’ve ordered in the evening in the past. Save your money and just eat at home. It’s only getting worse. No one wants to work and no one cares about quality customer service in the fast food industry up here. It’s extremely embarrassing.
Minutes before I passed a dunkin donut I. The plaza near Moe’s and the back door of the restaurant was open with a group of guys and gals hanging out back CHILLIN 😂😂. It was a combination of workers and their friends. Just hanging out in the back of the store near the drive thru…. Can’t...
Read moreHad a rough morning at Dunkin' Donuts on December 14th around 9 am, and let me tell you, it wasn't the kind of experience you'd hope for.
The drinks? Top-notch. Crafted to perfection, I'll give them that. A sip of perfection, really. But here's where the tale takes a turn. The eggs – they were green. Yeah, you heard me right, green eggs. Dr. Seuss would be proud, but my stomach, not so much.
A short while after indulging in this festive-looking breakfast, I found myself in my car, feeling like I'd been hit by a flavor hurricane. Green eggs and a not-so-jolly aftereffect – not the holiday cheer I signed up for.
In a desperate attempt for answers, I called Dunkin'. They assured me they change those eggs every 30 minutes like clockwork. Well, clockwork or not, I'm sitting here, feeling anything but chipper.
Consider this a cautionary tale for anyone who was there on that fateful December 14th morning. Maybe skip the green eggs, or at least proceed with extreme caution. It's safe to say, this Dunkin' day did not turn out to be the highlight of my week. 🤢🚫 #GreenEggsAndNotSoHam #DunkinDisaster...
