The quality has changed drastically, and whoever is cooking does not know how. Every breakfast sandwich was almost inedible. The bread used for 1 of the sandwiches was so thick, that, all you tasted was bread. The eggs were overcooked, and the bacon was burnt. The ham has changed. It has a rubbery texture now. The sausage patties have changed too. They have a very spongy texture, and not much flavor. I used to love the home fries, but they also changed them! We could not eat them. They were so burnt, and overcooked that, there was no potato left inside them! And we bought 2 orders! The salads have also changed. The cheese steaks last week were burnt. Everything that used to be good about Vincent's, they are slowly changing. But they are not shy about raising prices. You can get the same quality they are now serving almost anywhere else around, at a cheaper price. I wish I could have...

I guess I'll just have to suffer until Monday. Today's visit was hugely disappointing. The chicken cutlet on the Sir Cordon Blue 12" sub was appalling. Paper thin, over cooked(burnt), and cut up into such small pieces that it didn't cover the sub to the extent that I couldn't tell it was there until I disassembled the sandwich and saw the remnants of the stretch of cutlet. Charged $5 for .25 cents worth of french fries. $13 pastrami and corned beef club was an embarrassment to delis everywhere. Meat was pre sliced and dry. There were 4 slices of each meat which added up to more bread than meat. I get the higher prices with inflation but that doesn't mean you should sacrifice quality. I USED TO love this...
