McDonald's — Restaurant in Point Pleasant Beach

Since Burger King has shut down in Point Pleasant Beach this McDonald's in Point Pleasant Beach has done away with all of their specials, Their prices have continued to rise in this particular McDonald's since Burger Kings shut down On numerous occasions in the drive-up window I have not gotten my whole order and I have not realized it until I get back to work which is a mile away round trip 2 miles that turns into 4 miles when I go back to get the remainder of my order, Twice on two different incidences I have ordered their number to medium and when I get back to work I find out that one of my cheeseburgers has no meat on it like I say this is happened twice in about a four month preiod.

They used to have a manager here that when you didn't get your order proper they would give you a coupon for a free fry or a free drink something like that on your next visit they don't do this anymore either, it seems like they just don't care about the customer anymore

Maybe I'm getting a little old but to me $9 for lunch is a little bit too much out of McDonald's and if you order their number two I believe it's over $6, and it's a hit and miss whether you will get your whole order or not

Okay enough of my...

Just had the worst ever had experience at this Mc Donald’s … ordered a cheeseburger value meal and asked to have hamburgers instead … girl refused said over and over we don’t have hamburger value meals … I said then cheeseburger meal minus the cheese … she’s said “WE DONT DO HaMBERGER MEALS” I said you do, I’ve Ordered before she said “NO”… I told her @$x$&@ (explanative) and forget it and drove off … she ran out the door and screamed at the top of her lungs “don’t ever @&$&@‘n come back” so to her I say, I will come back if I choose to do so and I will order a hamburger value meal and I will expect to get it with proper polite service or I will contact the corporation and give another terrible review, maybe on more than one site if there is a next time. Shame on MCDonalds for not vetting and training employees...

I know its Christmas eve and I understand no one wants to work. I just got back from traveling over 2 hours and i was hungry I was very happy to see that this Mcdonlads was still open. I approached the door and the sign read that they were open until 7:30pm it was only 7:05pm. I walked in and there was older woman with grey hair cleaning a machine. When I walked in there were no other customer and very quiet. As I walked in the woman remarked :You got to be kidding me! I said excuse your not open? I said forget it I will find another place to eat. It's not my fault your open and I am sorry for that but don't take it on me! I had a rough day and all I wanted to do was get something eat. I will never ever eat at this McDonlad"s again! I pass it everyday because I work in Point Pleasant....
