Point Nutrition — Restaurant in Point Pleasant

I've tried a few of these tea spots around the state, and even though it is good, it's not my favorite one. First, I'll say the atmosphere is definitely the best. They have certainly made this place into something that starbucks would be jealous of. Secondly, the staff were super friendly and helpful, so that's always a plus. As for the teas themselves, I had the mega "blue raz" tea, and it seemed that I needed to mix it for a while before it didn't seem overly sour. My buddy had "the hulk" and he said the same. After mixing it though, it was pretty good. This tea also runs more expensive than the competitors that I've tried. Perhaps it's the different flavoring and ingredients, but I'm not sure. Overall, the tea IS good after I mixed it, and the service and atmosphere...

i will say that as a new customer, these little girls working know nothing about customer service. we told them that their menus were dirty and had crud on them and while they just stared at us like we were dumb, we continued to buy drinks. a girl that cashed us out said “do you have a punch card” and my mom jokingly said “we’ve never been here if it’s not obvious” and laughed while she said it. the girl proceeded to say “it’s not that obvious” with no smile, laugh.. just attitude. even though we paid for our dinks and left, we will never be back here. didn’t tell us to have a good day or nothing, just handed us our money, turned around...
