Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Pomona

Went at 6pm and the drive thru sneaker was not working so I was asked to drive to the window. The cashier was engaged in a convo with the other worker when I arrived. We (my son and I) waited a few min and he turned and acknowledged us. I asked for the family feast and if I can pay the difference for mixed (white/dark). The cashier said that was not possible so I ordered the family fest components Al la carte with the mixed. The cashier became upset that I used the work “mixed” as he processed to educate me on the word “mixed” here means to the employees half reg and half spicy. I apologized and said I assumed that was always “half/half”. When I said I was going to pay with Apple Pay he said “I have to cancel your order and you need to pay inside cause we don’t take that in the drive thru”. He turned around and shouted to the staff “cancel her order”. I was confused but parked and my son (22yr old) went inside to pay. He brought the order out but mentioned that the employees were commenting not so nice things me not knowing how to order correctly. I’m not bother by that because my degree is in business not professional drive thru etiquette. Never was I rude or inappropriate with the staff. Low and behold we open the 9pc chicken box and there is only 5 pieces of dry overcooked chicken and my Mac and cheese is basically soup. Mark this location...

Worst customer service EVER!! We tried calling the restaurant for an hour before we drove 15 miles to reach it, no answer! We arrive with our screenshot of our coupon and they refused a service because we didn't print it out when I explain to the manager that we tried to call before we came she said I'm sorry we can't answer the phone all the time we get busy there was not one customer in the Drive-Thru or the restaurant. When we drove up to the window and I asked to speak to the manager the cashier acted like I was from the ghetto and going to attack her she put her hands up like someone was holding her up or something it was really offensive... we left without chicken and we're told that no Church's Chicken restaurant will take coupons off the phone and then they aren't responsible for answering the telephone during operating hours when they're busy... manager was Esmeralda. I ordered a large fries and was given a small. On top of that, the service was unbelievably rude. I placed my order online for pickup, arrived 15 minutes late, and my food was already on the counter. While I stood in the pickup line, the customer next to me wasn’t even ready to order and took 5 minutes deciding. There was only one cashier, and instead of helping me quickly pick up my food, he completely ignored me. After the other customer finally ordered, he turned to prepare her food without even acknowledging me. Even after she left, he still didn’t bother to ask if I needed help, and I had to raise my voice to get his attention. Waited 10+ minutes in store for a 2 second online pick up….. speechless.
