Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Pomona

We ordered takeout of pizza, lava cakes with icing, and a salad. Problems The app did not give us option to order extra silverware, only to choose 1 fork, but said it would bring 1 fork per item needing it. No option at all fork, k-nives orspoon. Delivery person only brought 1 fork and said he did not have more we could have, that was only allowed 1 for the salad. He brought no napkins or plates, and there was no way to request o r rder thru app.. We were 2 senior citizens ordering while at hotel to split eating this meal.there was no knifw to help separ!te There were 3 lava cakes in package and an icing tub. NO FORKS OR KNIVES or Spoons to spread the icing or to eat the VERY MESSY cake. The delivery man alleged that these were supposed tobe finger foods. Do not order food from this location. Food was horrible. I had contacted them to replace my order or a refund. They told me that they cannot give me a refund due to their machine not being able to do that so they’ll give me a credit and for me not to file a dispute with my bank so I didn’t and then when I called back up to re-order the food, they told me you didn’t do it on the same day it happens. I’m sorry there’s nothing we can do for you. The manager is very rude and discriminating, highly suggest do not order food from here do not have any business with this place. Alexander delivered my pizza. Sweetest man ever. I’ve never written a review but the store forgot my sauces and he came back to let me know and gave me cash back for the sauces. I thought it would be like a refund but no that was his tip money. I felt so bad when I realized, I called the store to find out if it was his money or the stores and he actually answered and said it’s his way of making up for his mistake and how to learn for the future.
