If I could give zero stars I would tonight I placed an online order like I usually do but tonight takes the cake the I can't belive these people actually think the deserve $20 an hour smh it should be $14 tonight after placing my order and driving there i get the the drive through speaker and tell them I have a mobile order then the lady asks for who. I respond it's for James loud and clear then she replys for James!? And I'm like yes I just said that and she's like ok come to the window and the line is long. After finally reaching the window she say $16.54 and I'm like no I had a mobile order it's paid for already and the girl stares at me for like 5 seconds in silence I could see the single neuron she has firing away the she asks me again after the long awkward stare she rolls her eyes and asks. Who is the mobile order for and again I say for James she rolls her eyes again and closes the window. Keep in mind I ordered two shakes and two chicken sandwiches. As I'm watching her make the shakes, I could see she does it Incorrectly and only half mixes them lazily and then give me the shakes and what I though was my order only to get home and find it was the completely wrong order when I opened the back if was a small fry a custom drive through jumbo jack with an extra patty and mustard and a bacon cheese smh and seeing as I the was a huge line I wasn't going back and was stuck with it smh so I couldn't eat it and ended up feeding it to my dog smh. Read moreI am not a person who will take the time to write reviews on restaurants or other locations. However, the employee who attended me her name is Johanna per my receipt acted very rude/dumb. I went though the drive thru and placed my order and for what ever reason she couldn't hear me. It was either the mic or because I could hear people laughing in the kitchen that she couldn't hear me. I had to yell my order 3 times for her to get it right. I ordered a chicken salad and a mocha iced coffee. I asked her what was the total and she didn't answer. So I go to the window and ask her how much it was. She rolls her eyes at me and goes "uhhh, I will give you the receipt." That got me upset because I wanted to know how much I am paying for my meal and she didn't "feel" like telling me. To top it off she gave me the wrong coffee and no dressing for my salad. I would have gone back but I had gotten to my work already and it was to far. I wont be going back...
Read moreI have visited many times and never have had any issues with their service. But there's always a 1st time. I placed my order thru drive-thru in a timely manner. But when I got home is when I noticed a few items we're not in the bag. At the time, it was not possible to drive back to the store to claim my missing items. Due to my wheel chair accessibility. So I called the store several times, but there was no answer, only a recording that no one was available to take my call. Then, it would disconnect my call. My visit was at 1 pm. My last phone call attempted being 9pm. I lost only my missing items of $10 worth. I'm not too upset at that. Mistakes happen. But when you visit a well-known busy business and you contact them with a concern. And get no response by phone, nor is there any way of leaving a voice mail. That can be very upsetting. Poor customer service in communication skills. And as for my missing items....
