Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Pomona

I ordered the family box when i came to pick up my order i payed for it and then the girl gave it to me and it was cold and i touched it with my hand i told her and she shrugged her shoulders and said it was just made and it was sitting in the warmer. Im not a complainer i am 7 months pregnant and was hungry so i just took it home well my husband was pissed that the pizza was cold and extremely hard. So he called and spoke with "the manager" and the manager said to bring it back and they would remake it for us. So i went back by myself while my husband watched the kids and when i got there not only did the guy say they were not going to remake it but he did not want to give me our money back either. I was extremely angry because my family and i were hungry and this pizza hut was giving me a hard time and i had already payed for the pizza and it was cold and hard and then the girl who worked there was laughing at me because i was crying because of the frustrating situation. I ended up having to go to the pizza hut on arrow hwy and reordering and repurchased the same order all over again. I also called the next day to speak with the store manager who barley spoke english and was also being very disrespectful. I all turned out okay i ended up calling my bank and telling them to cancel the transaction and we got our money back. I would never go back to pizza hut again after this and will not recommend...

Please stay away from Pizza HUT south Garey location You deserve no stars !!!!!!!

Did you all know Pizza Hut In Pomona on South Garey charged me an dishonest, sneaky, made up charge. They charged me a 76 cent SERVICE CHARGE. When I PICKED UP THE PIZZA. It WAS NOT DELIVERED. They never told me that was going to be added on. They were very sneaky about it. They called it a service charge based on the fact the rising cost of California. Well with out me you get no buisess. How about that !! I will boycott you and put my receipt on social media to let the state of California know how petty your company is. Beside the fact the pizza was under cooked and you wings were dry. I will NO LONGER step foot In any location. I will write a letter to corporate for a return of my money. If you can't appreciate my business since you opened I will not eat in any of your your locations. Talk about robbing me blind!!!!!!! #Unacceptable rip off

Owner WHY would u be so petty and try to steal more mone from your customers ? I've been going to your location since 1995 Is it worth it to your bottom line to loose customers. You always run out of cheese, Peppers and plates all the time .... Also what's up with your cheese is this ingredient cheaper !! ...

The food itself is always good and made correctly....we just have a complaint this recent time. Workers, be sure to read the info when someone puts in an order. We scheduled for a later time because we weren't going to be there for that time. They dropped it off half an hour before the set delivery time so it was cold by the time we got there (fortunately, I rather like cold pizza.....my boyfriend, not so much). Also, since we are over the road truckers, we had them deliver to a truck yard. So they just left it sitting out among everyone. They called and despite us saying it isn't supposed to arrive until 1100, they said they would just leave it in the driver's breakroom. They should have taken it back and redelivered it since it was their mistake. Again, the food is always good just be sure to follow those instructions because most people schedule a delivery time...
