I give this site a thumbs down & hate that there's not another one closer. Last visit was my last time at this location. The staff appear to be non-customer oriented. The "young" staff members need customer service training. I went through the drive thru and ordered pot pies. Wait time was about 10 min or so. I was told to pull around to the parking lot and wait, they will come out when its ready. As I sat in the car, the person that originally took my order left, maybe on a break? I continued to sit in the car. By this time, a homeless person found a home by one side of the door leaving only one side to enter & leave. I suppose they were there for the night because a cubby hole was near the door. A second person drove up with a puppy. The puppy was all over her in her car as she was trying to park, so they both went in together. The owner allowed the puppy to roam on the table that was sitting near the countertop. She then put the dog on the floor and it decided to sniff all over the person that was already in there waiting. Twenty min later, I decided to go inside to see why it was taking so long. The staff was all over the place and not communicating with each other. One worker was filling orders, yep, you got it, pot pies were being given out at the drive thru. Apparently my order wasn't being filled. I was asked, what did you order?? Really??? Listening to the workers chat, there was an order for lots of pot pies, pending to be picked up. I went to this site while the sun was up and I left when sun went down. I will never go to this site again. This location needs a over-haul! It's not in the nicest location as to why daytime visits are the only time to feel safe and I feel it stays afloat because its the only one...
Read moreHopefully the manager Chandal got fired. We came in to look at the menu. My fiance is the sweetest and most kind person in the world. We were nice and just wanted to look at the menu and decide for a minute on what we wanted to eat. There was nobody in the front. No employees. The kitchen staff yelled to the manager "we got people in the front". So a manager with tattoos comes out from the office. She gives us an evil glare. Rolls her eyes and says with a frown, "have you decided yet?" I actually busted out in laughter because my exact words before entering the establishment were "I hope they have customer service". Shortly after, the manager went back into the office. I told a different employee that she was rude to us. As I was telling her, the manager shut the office door to exclude herself from the complaint. So we ended up calling the number and complaining to corporate about this location. We told them exactly what happened. A few minutes later, we get a call from a random cell phone number. It's the rude manager, calling from her cell phone. She claimed she "didn't recall" the incident ever happening. After my fiance carefully explained the details to her, she agreed that it in fact, did happen. We called the corporate number back to give them the details. She more than likely claimed the incident never happened to avoid any type of discipline...

I then requested grilled and then they told me that it take 45 minutes to see e me grilled chicken ! This takes the the definition of fast food out of fast food ! Even when you eat at a nice restaurant that is packed. You might wait 10 to 20 minutes! These fast food establishment are getting really sloppy and slow any more and it's extremely disappointing! Afterwards they decided that they couldn't give me grilled chicken after all ! Of course ! Why would the employees and the management want to serve food that a customer wants to order , especially if the employees and management are really not interested if they keep customers or not ! After all !! Word of mouth goes a long way and for one customer not to be happy. Well maybe that could be overlooked,but it sure looks like this Kentucky Fried Chicken has made it a habit of dissatisfied customers! So obviously there is a huge problem with these employees and this management at this...
