This pizza hut is very unprofessional.Here goes my horror story.Me and me wife were deciding between chinese food from mr.you(Bomb) in pomona or pizza,we decided to go with pizza unfortunately.So we got there and decided to place our order and the manager was in front taking orders his name was Devon.So we ordered 2 pizzas and hot wings because they have the new $5 deals,so we were going to pay $15 for all three.I wanted the hot wings bone in and he said they only have bone out,but on the poster that was on the window they had bone in.So i asked why were they not offering bone in and he said "BECAUSE THIS COMPANY SUCKS.I then said to him you dont like your job very much do you and he said "NOPE",and i said you should be happy to have a job because alot of people dont,and he said " YOU PROBABLY MAKE ALOT MORE MONEY THAN ME".This guy had the worse attitude ever and looked like he was angry at the world and depressed.So we waited about 30 mins for pizza and then the girl came out the back and asked us what order we were waiting for and i told her my name,and she pulled my pizza out of a oven that keeps the pizza warm,meaning it had been ready about 15 mins ago,and the manager devon never gave it to us,he was to busy talking and texting on his phone at the front register.So i opened the pizza and it was burned,stale,and looked like they just pulled it out of the microwave,then i opened the boneless hot wings and they had wing sauce drizzled on them,it looked like fried chicken with hot sauce.The girl then asked me if i wanted more sauce and i was like of course this is suppose to be smothered in wing sauce,and it was suppose to be an 8 piece and it looked like a 5 piece with 3 additional pieces of small fried batter.I sent it all back and asked for my money back.I then told the manager devon that i didnt appreciate the horrible customer service and bad food and i asked him did he think that he needed to apologize for the experience and he just shook his head NO,he didnt even speak.So i told him i would just call corporate.HORRIBLE...
Read moreI ordered a supreme personal pan pizza contactless pickup. But I asked for double pepperoni which costs about $1 more and gave them an 18% tip. I got there just as my order was ready and parked in the contactless pickup space. I waited 10 more minutes for them to bring it out, but they didn't, so I went inside. The manager gave it to me and said have a nice day. But when I opened it, it was just normal, no extra pepperoni. So, I went back in and said they didnt give me the extra pepperoni like I ordered. The girl in front immediately said they will make another one. Another employee there said sorry, and that I can keep the first one and not to worry.
Suddenly the manager storms out and demands to see the pizza. I gave it to him, and he said it is double. He stuck his fingers into my pizza and counted 8 slices and said the normal one is 4 slices. I said I'll wait for the new one and see. Then he said he's the manager and he's not going to make it and I must take the old one or nothing at all. He said I was just trying to rip him off. We argued a bit and I decided to give him the old one and I went back to work with nothing. No refund - nothing.
This man should be fired. He was so rude to me even after paying extra and giving them a tip before I experienced such lousy rude service from the store manager. I work at the hospital and would go there once a week for lunch. But this is the first time ordering extra. I know what the regular pizza looks like. It’s obvious. Also, the picture on the website shows at least 9 slices on the regular pizza. I will never buy from them again and I hope this review prevents others from visiting the store again.
Just a followup, I found out from my son who works at another location that the supreme personal pan pizza normally gets only 4 slices of pepperoni. Pepperoni only get 6 slices. So I guess I was wrong. No lunch, lost $10 and bad atitude from the manager. All that for nothing. Still...
Read moreI ordered from the $7 line up menu, or atleast I thought was getting a deal because in order to get the $7 deals you must order 2 or more items, right?? Wrong. I ordered 2 medium pizzas both with 1 topping and 2 chicken Alfredo pastas. I go to check out and I notice the prices are NOT $7...so I head to the store thinking I must not have applied a coupon or that I must have done something wrong on my end. Anyway I get to the store and ask the cashier why my items are not $7 if I order from that menu, she informs me that not all of the items on the $7 line up are $7. I'm like okay then why doesn't it say that? She tells me that it's because," everything has gone up..." I could've gone to Domino's and saved some money. I called corporate and they said that it's up to the stores location to charge $7. Isn't this false advertising? Clearly if you click on the $7 menu the pizzas are there to order,so are the pastas etc. If they are not $7 then why are they on that menu? Also, there is no notification about the prices being regular at check out...like it should state, " the $7 menu doesn't apply to this location, " this way I can order elsewhere. Gotta do...
