First off I would like to say I am a Taco Bell fanatic, I think most people would agree they are one of the better fast food options so I am disappointed in having to write a bad review.
For starters the lady seemed pretty rude at the drive thru ordering window, which is no big deal if the following events didnāt occur.
1- was told I canāt upsize my drink in a meal, which I know is false because Iāve done it many times before. 2- ordered a specific menu item and didnāt get the item I ordered, I was home by the time I realized and not worth going 3 miles back over a messed up item. 3- the drinks were mostly carbonated and had little to no flavor syrup in them. Both were the same flavor and 1 was extremely carbonated with no flavor. 4- nacho fries were cold and stiff like theyāve been sitting around for about 30-40 mins 5- the Mexican pizza looked like someone just piled it with very little topping and spun it in the air and threw it in the box, and they didnāt cut it into sections like they normally do. 6- the overall interaction with the food service worker made it seem like I was an inconvenience to be ordering at the establishment which again I understand everyone has bad days, but the other issues made me think they just donāt care. Cant say Iāve had more of a careless order at Taco Bell before so itās surprising more than anything.
Overall I still will eat at Taco Bell but maybe not this location. It was very mediocre. Overall 1 star. Normally a 4-5 star place to eat for the money and service but it was littered with bad customer service and bad food preparation and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went through the drive through on 02/26/23 around 3:10pm and ordered some quesadillas and two fiesta potatoes. I paid around $33 bucks and received my order. We drove off, but then I realized they only gave me one fiesta potatoes. I had to park and go inside and also I never received my receipt. I came up to let them know and the manager right away was denying that I had ordered two fiesta potatoes. I told her to check the order because they also did not give me my receipt. She proceeded to look and realized she was wrong and I had paid for two fiesta potatoes. I then had to wait for them, when she gives it to me I ask her if I can have a small drink for compensation of my time and there mistake and she laughed and said nah! I asked again and she said no! Mind you that itās happy hour and drinks are on special. So I told her that I was going to write a bad review. Any time that the workers get a drive through order wrong the customer should be compensated for the mistake and loss of time for the customer. I received bad customer service from this manager at this location. Because if she would have been professional she would have just completed me with a drink but instead she was petty. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst fast food experience ever. I came here yesterday and ordered and they asked for my name to call out my order. It was not busy at all so after 10 minutes of not hearing my name or order number called I ask if it is almost ready. They then tell me they did call me and someone picked up my food. Either that was a lie or they gave my food to some guy named Carlos because I was there the whole time and that is the only other person they called. So they said ok we will make it again let me see what you ordered? I showed them and proceeded to wait another 10 minutes. They kept giving people their orders that got there way after me. Finally I got so fed up, lost my appetite and asked for my money back. At first they refused and asked to look at my receipt again. They had not even started my order yet!! Then they got the manager and I got my money back and left and I am never coming back to that location ever. They hire the worst staff. It should not take more than half an hour for people to get their food. It's called fast food...
