Very rude manager! I am disappointed in my experience here because I attend Western U and was looking forward to find a good place in Pomona. However, upon our arrival, we found no help in looking for a table. We stood outside for a few minutes until my friend went inside and stood at the bar for about 5 minutes while I waited outside with my 10 lb dog. Nobody offered to help her or welcomed her in. We noticed there was back patio seating, so we decided to check it out. I picked my dog up and quickly walked through to the back of the restaurant to see if anybody was there to assist in putting our name down for a table. A nice waiter told us hello as we walked past him inside. There was no staff out back, so we quickly walked back through to the front of the building where I was going to wait outside. While walking through, a man stood up from a table and in a very rude tone he pointed at me and told me that I can't be walking through inside while holding my dog and that I need to get out right now. I apologized and explained that we were waiting outside and got no help, so I was just quickly walking through to find someone. I asked if he worked there and if he could help us put our name down to which he replied that he could not help me and I needed to get out. I have no clue who this man was, if he was the manager, owner, or waiter. I completely understand that I can't have my dog inside, which is why I was waiting outside for help, which we never received. My issue is not that I was asked to go outside, it is that he went out of his way to be rude, talked down to me, never introduced himself, and lacked basic respect. There are much nicer ways to talk to someone. You never know what someone is going through in that moment, so why not be nice? Especially in the hospitality industry. I did not stay at the restaurant, will not be returning, and neither will many of the Western U students. Please make more assistance available in your restaurant and be more respectful of...

I recently dined here before a concert and, unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The food quality left much to be desired. The zucchini, which I had hoped would be a fresh and flavorful side, was anything but. It was coated in a thick, greasy, and flavorless batter that made it unappetizing.

The chili cheese fries were another major letdown. The dish consisted of a lot of bland, weirdly dry beef and stewed tomatoes, but there was barely any cheese. This was particularly disappointing as the cheese is supposed to be a key component of chili cheese fries. I ended up eating around the chili, and thankfully, the french fries themselves were actually pretty good. However, everything on the plate desperately needed salt to bring out any flavor. The jalapenos in the picture were actually from a hot dog that somebody else at the table had and they were also not enough to save the food.

While the service was friendly, it didn't quite make up for the food issues. I had requested sour cream to go with my fries, but it didn't arrive until I had already given up on trying to salvage the dish.

Overall, my visit here was far from enjoyable. The lackluster food really overshadowed the friendly demeanor...

First time here, we came here to celebrate a friends birthday. Place is located in downtown Pomona so not bad lol. Nice cool little area. We did have to get two other tables closer together to fit our group. So apparently this is everyone else's hangout spot so they know they food, the drinks and the people here really well lol. So we wanted to try the wings, we should have gone for the onions rings instead those were good. Wings were a little too crispy for my liking but they weren't to bad. My sister ordered El Iron Tummy, that Burger was pretty good, nice juicy burger, good amount of jalapeños. I got the Turkey Bacon Pesto sandwich, now usually I'm too much of a fan of turkey because sometimes it comes too dry which I hate. The whole combination for this sandwich was delicious from the pesto to the crispiness of the bacon even the turkey was good. We actually enjoyed our time here, and will definitely return to check out the menu along with...

Really nice simple relaxing place for lunch, I would love to come back for dinner. The food was very good.... we kept it simple with tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich. The soup was tasty, I wish they used a more flavorful cheese, but it was pretty good, and the bread needed to be a little more dense... but that might be a personal thing. The staff were super friendly and professional. I loved that there were no TVs only the two advertising the beers on Tap... I miss the days of pubs with no TV... nothing worse than talking to someone while the look over your shoulder at a game...or commercial...or nothing. I want to come back for a night out. Great place to grab drink and some grub after work. The service here is quite amazing, the bartenders and servers are friendly and helpful in the most unobtrusive way possible. I ordered a couple craft beers and the blue collar burger, and everything came out cooked to perfection. The burger was large, juicy/ cheesy and the but was just the right amount of soft and crisp at the same time. The last time I was here was a few years ago, and they have moved to different location, but the move hasn't hurt the quality at all. I'll be back much sooner than 2 years from now, definitely a top notch experience!
