Was here today around 2pm. We ordered the Ingeniero Taco and 2 tortas ahogadas, which we asked for "secas con la salsa Aparte, Osea no ahogadas, nosotros las vamos a ahogar". 15 minutes later we get our Taco, looked bad, and no avocado or cheese visible. My husband took the Taco and asked the cook is it was the correct one, and he said yes, so my husband asked if it was supposed to have avocado and the cook said, "oh se lo debo compa", no apology whatsoever, and the cheese he just said, yes it's there and returned to his cooking. Sorry to say the Taco presented didn't look like the picture or how we had previously received it, since we had eaten here twice before. So, we wait 5 more minutes for our tortas, the cashier brings them AHOGADAS in the sauce, apparently our request on wanting them DRY and sauce on the side wasn't clear enough. When we told them we didn't want them like that she just said OK, but it's going to take 10-15 min more, to which we said that that's how we requested in the first place, she just said OK, and took them back. Again, no apology was offered for their now 2nd mistake. It was now 20 min since we ordered, and we waited 10min more for new tortas, DRY ones. They finally came, and sad to say the wait was not worth it, the meet look gray, and tasteless, the onions for the torta were raw, and to top it off there was a white piece of what looked like thin PLASTIC inside my torta!!! We left right after finding that, only having eaten 1/2 a tortawere myself!!! I wanted to tell them about the plastic and demand a refund, but if they had offered no apology for the 2 previous mistakes what could I have expected about that??? We ordered to throw away the food and DEFINETELY not come back again, as well as let our friends now about...

Food has a good flavor, but unfortunately this is what ruined the burrito and tacos. When I cook food.I always cut off the fat, grizzle, and anything that looks unhealthy. TIJUANA'S TACO'S beef has way to much of this included and it's hard to eat for someone who has health conditions. So although the flavor was good, the quality of the food was extremely poor and I was extremely disappointed as I had ordered two Carne asada burritos and two plain Carne asada tacos .I paid $16.98 for my order and twenty minutes later the cashier gave me a plastic bag with one burrito and two tacos.I reminded them that we had ordered two burritos and two tacos and she asked if I wanted to pay her $16.98 for second round for one more burrito! ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!

*THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD IS POOR!!!!!!!!

*I came into a corner whole in the wall greasy spoon fast food restaurant and ordered what I wanted on the menu that I had to pay for with my money ,and I was served only half of what I ordered and they kept the other half of my order for their own dinner and charged me for it all!!!!!!!!!

This will be the last time I order and eat at this Restaurant, but I am also going to report this to CONSUMER AFFAIRS and the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ,as I don't believe anyone has a right to rob another and when I buy something and pay for it. I expect to get what I am paying for. Not whatever another person feels I should get as that choice is none of their business and who knows if they were hungry and if I had extra money. I probably would have bought food for them also. But they stole part of my dinner ,so I had to cut my dinner in half and give half to my guest as I didn't trust making another purchase from these dishonest...

On 04/17/23 at 8:30 pm i called and asked if i could place an order over the phone for pick up. The lady said sure and happily took my order. She asked for a name for my order and told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived at this location at 9 pm and waited in the long line to pay and recieve my order but once i got to the cashier at 9:17pm the same lady who took my order over the phone told her team you guys can start this order. A little confused i asked "are you guys just now going to start my order?" And she said " yes, we dont like to start the orders done over the phone until the client is present to pay" obviously i was taken back by this. I told her "i can understand that but then why would you not tell me that when i called..? instead you took my name my order and you even gave me a time for pick up. Why would you tell me my order would be ready for pick up in 30 minutes? It doesnt make any sense. Can you understand my point?" She said nothing! She just rolled her eyes and quickly called for the next customer. Completely disrespectful. I had already paid before knowing the facts otherwise i would have left. Then i asked for cups for beans she gave me some but the bean bowl was empty and so was the green salsa i told her if she could bring some more out and she said no that they dont bring more out after 9. Which im sure is a lie. It was around 9:30 pm they closed at 11 why would they stop bringing them out so early?. They pre cook the beans they have them stored in the frigde ready to reheat. She just didnt like to be confronted and was being spitefull. My order was ready till 9:42 pm! I will...

Mediocre besides the chef being so nice, but not the best at accuracy. First time here. Ordered 4 tacos: asada, Al pastor, carnitas, and chorizo. Had plenty avocado salsa which was a nice touch. The carnitas taco was chicken, so not what I ordered and it had no flavor; either that or carnitas tastes like chicken lol. Pastor was actually sweet like someone else said but it's due to the pineapple flavor; still it seemed a bit stale. Asada was just barely okay; not the best and not Tijuana flavor nor tender. Chorizo was the only good one in the bunch; slightly charred but could've used a bit more to bring out the flavor. The messed up part was realizing they give out free paper cups to have their complimentary beans which the cashier offered other customers after me but not me. Didn't ask, so can't speak on it, but it added to the sourness of the experience. I won't be back unfortunately.
