Tom's Famous Burgers 12 — Restaurant in Pomona

This is the first time i ever ate at Tom's that the food was not up to PARR . It was Saturday morning myself, my daughter , and her friend ( 11-10-18 ) . and hear we go . The potato's where under cooked , my stake was over cooked because i asked for it rare , the coffee was warm water not even hot , the service was bad even when she was by my naboir helping them out she ignore us . hey i know I'm not the only one but when I have to say hey three times it's bad . But any who . I talk to the manager she apologized gave me a returned receipt to come back for the breakfast that i bought witch was for $ 11and odd cents . Didn't give them a five stars for the returned receipt . I gave them the five star because I have ate there before many of times the one in Pomona and even brought food to the employees when I was working at ICS AUTO BODY SHOP AND BY THE WAY IT'S A SCREWED UP PLACE DON'T TAKE UR CAR THERE . THE ONE IN POMONA .any who Tom's always has good service , great food , and the waitress very plight, curtis , helpful and cute .That's way I gave them a five star and believe me I'll go back to me watering hole again and eat , drink and relax it's a great place to go . So what I am trying say is every one has a bad day and deserves a second chance . I will be returning to TOM'S and by the way bring a friend or two u'll have a good time . HORRIBLE! I waited at the speaker today at 7:40am..the minutes passed and no one came to speak to me. I called. I guy on the phone asked me to hold, hung up on me. I first thought no one is there but since they picked up the phone I assumed the speaker is broken and drove up to the window. Called again! I said “I’m here at the window in the drive through! No one answered the speaker!” The guy opened the window, maybe Mexican 35-45 years old. I told him that I was waiting at the speaker and no one answered. I’m a very quite person who doesn’t get aggressive which is important to mention. I asked in a calm normal tone. He answered that he just took an order from the car that just arrived behind me and that I can go and eat somewhere else! I’m shocked!!! Today 11/14 at 7:40am who ever worked there should get fired! I drove to the other Tom’s and told them what just happened! This is insane! How can you treat customers like this ? Stay away from this Tom’s because that behavior can ruin your day! I had not much time left and arrived late to work because I had to drive to another place! I just said okey, bye! I did not argue nothing! I’m happy I did not order there! I’m not sure what happend to this guy! If they are understaffed or what is going on! He seemed stressed and nervous but also very very...

This is my first terrible experience. Normally the service is great in my opinion. My partner and I are an ambulance crew working a 24 hr shift and I suggested that we stop here since we were finally getting a meal break after running calls for 9 hrs. I’ll admit my orders were a little complicated with ad ons, but a lot of the items I wanted to ad on they were out of. No biggie. My partner and I both ordered steak burritos with avocado. I received mine, she didn’t receive hers. The steak was burned, and both of our burritos were cold. They had us pull off to the side to wait for our food so it should’ve been hot when they brought it out. This was honestly a terrible experience, and felt like a waste of possibly our only meal break during this shift. Normally instead of writing a review I would just go in and sort things out, but we had to run a call right after and didn’t have time.
