Uncle Chuang's Bakery — Restaurant in Pomona

I had no idea that Uncle chuang's had two locations. I stumbled upon this information when ordering a cake for our youngest son's birthday. So we decided to check out this location. It's a lot smaller than the riverside one. Now, they do have a smaller selection compared to the other location, but that's OK. They are way more welcoming and friendly at this one! The young ladies working are so sweet.

The inside is inviting and very well maintained. Super clean and tidy.

Their baked goods are just as delicious as the original location. The cake we got was made to perfection. But unfortunately, when we ate it, the berries were spoiled.

Uncle Chuangs is nestled next to the fabric store and barber shop at the shopping plaza. I've been getting my nails done next door and finally noticed it is a Chinese bakery. My first visit, I simply tried one of several delights. I was really surprised at how delicious the baked goods are. Everything I've tried was so soft and good. Here is what I remember trying so far: Shortbread cookies with dot of raspberry glaze, meat stuff pastry, cream puff pastry, creme brule, butter croissant, croissants with meat and iced tea. Went to the zero degrees drink place next door and saw this bakery’s sign of a grand opening. Decided to go in and check it out. Small little Asian bakery with good selection of breads cookies, cakes and other goodies. Selection is similar to 85 degrees. Prices were good. Blueberry muffin was very delicious.
