I do enjoy the fact tays hat this place has amazing coffee at a very reasonable price and is right next to Planet Fitness so I can get a nice workout in and afterwards get a coffee and get work done.
Grace and another barista with short curly red hair are always super sweet in remembering my order even before I say anything while also giving me options between drip and espresso drinks.
On a not-so-good note, I was in the shop one day by myself with one of the baristas when a homeless woman walked in, eating stuff out of the garbage and generally making a bit of a mess in the dining area. The barista came onto the floor, frazzled, and kept threatening over and over again to call the cops if she didn't leave. It made sense. I would be frazzled as well. Once the cops actually came, I realized that the barista was actually the ownerš¤. She had claimed that it happens every now and then so it was weird that there wasn't a proper procedure in place for when it happens.
I just recently came in for a quick pumpkin COFFEE that Grace and the other barista always makes for me because I don't drink espresso that much like I used to. But they also gave me an option between coffee or latte. The Owner and another barista was here this particular time. I came in and ordered the drink, Perfect Pumpkin, not even thinking to specify coffee. I get the drinks and it's a bit sweet and stronger than normal. I ask to get a bit a coffee to balance it out the sweetest. The owner came over, added espresso instead of coffee and told me "It only gets espresso because it's only a latte. I thinks she's incredibly rude but she definitely rubbed me the wrong way this time around.
After explaining to the barista my situation with coffee/espresso, she swiftly made me the coffee drink that I wanted and I added my own sugar.
I'll just get my regular when the 2 baristas that remember me are there. It just sucks when an owner of an establishment looks and acts like a new hire while being extremely rude as if drinks in a coffee shop can't be made in different ways.

I always stop at aroma Joeās to get me a strawberry smoothie because to me they have the best strawberry smoothies in Florida And I always stop there before I go open up I ordered through the Drive-through. I handed the lady a $50 bill for my smoothie. So she tells me. Oh sorry, sir. I donāt have change for that So Iām checking my pockets to see if I have anything smaller. I only had four ones and usually I have change in my truck so I didnāt have enough to make the five dollar purchase. And obviously I couldnāt get my smoothie. The young lady that took my order told me she doesnāt have enough change in both registers so she couldnāt charge me for the smoothie so this irritated me a lot so I asked her are you sure she said yes so I proceeded to go across the street to the gas station to buy something just to get changed so I could get my smoothie. When I get back, I was already mad because I wasted time and now the drive-through line was packed so I went inside ordered my smoothie gave them the money and lord Behold When the young lady open the registered, she had enough change to break my $50 bill four times. This really pissed me off then I asked for a manager they told me nobody was there to talk to me. I am a restaurant owner and one thing I would never do is not take one of my customers orders. I will go to the back and to make change and make sure my customer is happy if you guys do not take $50 bills please put a sign up saying so because this is very unprofessional And not a good look for this to be a top chain establishment now donāt get me wrong. This is a food industry and there are things in place for being cleanliness and sanitizing. I was waiting behind a car in the drive thru line waiting to get my food and in the car in front of me had two dogs in the car. Once the patron received their food, they were still talking with the check out girl. Then I watched the check out girl starting reaching with her hands out of the window and then the patron put the dog in the window so that she can pet the dog. I couldnāt believe it. Then she handed the dogs some treats and they pulled off and soon as I pulled up to the window which was a matter of seconds, she had my food and coffee cup in her hands. I couldnāt believe it she didnāt even wash her hands. So this tells me that this goes on often. Because first thing you work in an industry where you have to be careful and that you are handling peopleās food. There are several germs and viruses at time is going around. I did try and call back to speak with the manager or supervisor but I was told that they were busy and to hold. I stayed on hold for a minute and no one picked up.
