I've been going to Chillers for about 3 1/2 years now on and off. They have great Kava great Kratom but they're kava female bartenders are nasty Patrick is the only decent one there. He's always on top of everything and very welcoming, prefessional, and there's always fresh popcorn. Whenever I go in there w/ him Speaking of popcorn is why I am writing this review the past three times I've been there. The popcorn has been stale and everybody knows you have to eat when you drink Kratom and Kava. I look forward to popcorn. It's delicious and usually fresh but lately they've hired some Post millennial, girls, I called them girls because they certainly don't act like responsible, mature professional. women. I was there Friday at 4 o'clock 06/24 Friday memorial day weekend I don't know the Kava bartenders name. The popcorn was stale as usual the past few times I asked the Kava bartender to please pop some fresh popcorn. I would appreciate it and she said we're switching shifts. We have other things to do that are more important and priority right now and popcorn is not a priority! and that is after I tipped her.!š³ wow she treated me like I was in grade school. Never have I ever.!!!!!!! I did not say anything. I patiently waited while they switched shift and a post millennial long-haired teenage girly girl came on. They did their thing a pizza place delivered free pizza while I was waiting so they put the pizza out on the counter for everybody and the new bartender ran over and got a slice of pizza and started eating it behind the bar as she started her shift š³ I was waiting patiently for my popcorn to eat with my Kratom so I don't get a stomachacheš„“! let me tell you I was Stewing whatever happened to Customer Service??????? I decided to ask the young girl and I say young she look like she just got out of high school. I asked her can you make popcorn please? It's stale and the tone of my voice probably wasn't the sweetest because I was Stewing for the past 45 minutes while drinking my kratom and she looked at me and said in a nasty voice, you want some FREE popcorn?????? you didn't have to ask me in that nasty tone of voice. How about I don't make it.??????? because of the way you asked me and I said to her now you're being nasty!!!!!!!!! and she started yelling at me like I was a child and arguing with me and then some guy who works there. I don't know if he is a bar back or what he joined in and said she does a great job and she's right and he probably didn't even know what was going on, but he just figured he'd join in on the fun and they both started attacking me a paying customer who goes in there quite often to purchase Kratom and Kava drinks. I've also brought family members and friends, and I also utilize the smoke shop so I pay quite a bit of money to this establishment and this is the way I get treated? They need to get rid of all those little teeny bopper, witches and higher responsible mature bartenders who may be a little bit older and more professional they probably have more smarts than these post millennial's tiny boppers-needless to say I won't be back and it's too bad because I made quite a few friends there. I did leave a message in the smoke shop for Daniel to call me so I could discuss this with him on Friday before memorial day weekend and he never called me, I guess he does not want to be bothered. On a holiday weekend does he even care that his Kava bartenders are treating their customers this way I'm very disappointed and sad and in shock that I was treated this way you know what there's plenty of other bars around I will gladly find another one to hang out at that's how a business is ruined! and the only other nice bartender there was Deana when I first went there she greeted me with open arms and smiles. Always talk to me. That's what made me a patron a welcoming professional Kava Bartender in this business to begin with. It's not only about the product it's also about the customer service, too bad these teenyboppers don't get it! I guess they will have to learn the hard...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve been a loyal customer at Chillers for over a year and have spent well over $10,000 here. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the new manager, Joy, was extremely disappointing. Instead of appreciating my loyalty, she pressed me to make a purchase after i established what i was going to buy with the other kava tender. I felt more like I was being pressured than valued as a customer.
Itās frustrating when a place youāve supported so heavily suddenly treats you like just another sale. If this is the new direction under the new management, it really makes me question whether itās worth continuing to bring my business here. I love Tommy, Crystal, Taj, and everyone else that works there. Always been amazing. That place represents good vibes and energy to me, but Joy has made the experience the opposite of that. This is the 3rd time shes had something to say negative, while we sit to enjoy our...
Ā Ā Ā Read more⨠Iāve been coming here for quite a while and have seen many changes with the staff over the years. Right now, thereās such a great group of people working here. My all-time favorite servers are Joy and Tosha. Theyāre both so personable and we always have wonderful conversations. Their warm smiles and genuine care brighten my visits, and they even take the time to listen when I need to talk through things.
I especially want to mention how much I appreciate Toshaāshe always made my visits extra enjoyable. Iām really bummed that she no longer works during the times I usually come in, and because of that, I donāt visit as often. Sheās such a bright spot for customers, and Iād love to see her here more.
Joy is equally fantasticāshe consistently goes above and beyond to ensure her customers are happy and always makes sure Iām accommodated. Both Joy and Tosha truly make this...
