Inexcusably bad. I typically swing by here on Saturday afternoons for a snack and a coffee, and have always known the location to be unusually slow at the Drive-Thru. But every single time I've gone lately has been worse than the last. The staff has gone from being simply careless, to showing outright disdain for their customers. One week, after giving my order at the Drive-Thru intercom and being told to pull up, I was asked to repeat it in full to 3 additional people (coffee runner, food runner, cashier) once I got to the window. The tattooed cashier guy told me it was because "After the breakfast rush we all take off the headsets so only one person heard you order." Where did THAT person go in the last 30sec, because they heard and repeated my order? It took over 10 min for an iced coffee and a croissant. The following week, that situation repeated and took nearly 15min. This week, the cashier (same guy) took my credit card, gave it back with my receipt, then took a call on his cell phone and literally walked out of the store and sat in his car laughing and talking. The food/coffee runners put my order at the counter near the register window and walked away. I finally had to toot my horn after awhile (the line of cars backing up behind me the whole time) to get an employee's attention to actually retrieve the food and hand it to me. When they did, of course the order was wrong. When I finally got the right order and started to drive away, the employee leaned out of the window and accused me of not paying. I told him the cashier (still in his car laughing on the phone, smoking) had taken payment before he'd left. The employee at the window insinuated I was lying, that I'd only paid for the coffee, and waved me off from the window. (For my own edification, I later found my receipt, and sure enough, had been charged for the full order.) This goes well beyond the stereotypical apathy of low wage positions [which is nonsense, by the way. Hourly (non-tipped!) employees at 4-star hotels make scarcely more than min wage, and treat their guests impeccably. Plenty of other DD, and fast food locations also treat every customer like a VIP]. From the disgusting food to the horrible customer service I had one of the worst experiences ever visiting a Dunkin' donuts in my. My hash browns were burnt my breakfast sandwich was disgusting and now I don't need that the customer service at this restaurant is HORRIBLE THE WAY THEY SPEAK to you you would think that you owe them something and that you did something wrong because of their lack of performance. All you have to do is heat up food most of this food is not even freshly prepared and for them to get it wrong it's mind-blowing. Not only did I want my refund complete refund back but there was no manager in the store to do that for me and I was told to return to get a refund at 6:30 in the morning mind you people have lives and they have to go to work what if I could not come back to get this refund then what???????? What if I was picking up breakfast on my way through a long commute then what to not be properly staffed is a no bueno Chick-fil-A or Starbucks would have never done such a thing and I would have never experienced such horrible customer service and the food would have never been this disgusting. Read moreDO NOT GO HERE! I work in the service industry so I know how hard it can be when there are lots of things happening. However, I’ve been going to this dunkin dounuts since it opened and i only get my order right 1 out of every 10 times I go. I’m sick and tired of wasting my money. The last time I came here there was absolutely no one in the drive through, and they still managed to give bad service. The person taking our order asked for a second before we gave our order. This was not the problem, this happens all the time in drive throughs. It was the fact that they didn’t turn off there microphone and we could here them cursing and their whole conversation. I understand people make mistakes, however they also made my order wrong after I gave specific instructions. I find it quite interesting that they mess up the same thing each time. I order the same thing every time, and I can understand if they don’t understand what I am talking about when I order, but if that’s the case then ASK YOUR SUPERVISOR! It is really not that hard. If they just pay closer attention when the customer is ordering or when they are making the drink, skipping or forgetting a step should not be an issue! I have wasted too much money here for me not to speak up, and this happens almost every time I go. ALL I ASK IS THAT YOU GET MY ORDER RIGHT!
