No one spoke to the clients, no greeting or hello, cashier just stood there and waited for us to order, we were four people , one order. 3 XT large cups of coffee 1 large cup of coffee we told the cashier we were all ordering donuts. He put 5 of THE DONUTS in one bag . A Boston cream upside down on the bottom, then a chocolate glazed , two French crawlers, then a second Boston cream on top of the bag with Nothing in between the donuts then he put 6th donut in a bag of its own... What the heck, short on boxes?? Seriously 😳 anyway, asked about it cashier just shrugged. Coffees came to the end of the counter along with several other coffees from other people's orders... No indication as to who's was who's except to pick up the cups to read the computer label they were not even grouped in one order ( 4 cups together) another order off set a little or something. I understand short staffed, I understand safety and health protocols, but in my opinion, this was none of that. They had plenty of people behind the counter, I know because you can see them all chatting. I can even understand a busy time frame but there was one order before ours , ours, and one person in line behind us. Drive thru may have been busy ( to the staffs defense BUT organization would solve that. I got a total sense of " I'm here but I don't give a care about my customers" vibe from everyone there. " Dunkin donuts is my favorite place for coffee. This is by far the worst Dunkin donuts experience I...
Read moreOn Easter Sunday’s of all days, My Wife and I go inside this particular Dunkin and the Cashier seemed a little unhappy, considering she’s working on Easter Sunday could be the reason we picked up on that particular vibe. My Main Concern (once the order was already placed), was the aggressive attitude that I received from an employee with the word Legend tattooed on his neck. That specific info provided is for Administration staff because this gentleman was not wearing a name tag. So specifically once we moved down the line we are waiting on our coffee, the cashier said their is no expresso. Never the less after the customer in front of me left with expresso and so did the customer in the drive through! I asked is there a reason we can’t have expresso! The Manager as well as the employee that has Legend tattoo’d on neck acted the most unprofessional I have witnessed at any establishment ever in my Life! This young man snatched off both of the of the porta filters and and threw them at the expresso machine. At this time I put my arm in front of my wife placing her behind me. This employee proceeded to try to intimidate us even further by screaming “ You Good, You Good? At that point we left the location to avoid any bodily injury that could have been caused by this employee or any of the objects he was throwing around! Quality Customer service come first, and this location is out of expresso and Quality Customer Service!!!!...
Read moreCame here 2x. First time they had no idea what artificial sugar was. Had a 2 minute debate with the girl and in the end I had to acquiesce because she either was going to spit in it or throw it in my face. She was that pissed off. This was at 3:30pm not even busy in there. She added sugar to my coffee which I can’t have because of diabetes. Had to throw it out. Second time, she yelled at me when I told her “I can hardly hear you” at the drive thru, she then screamed my order back. I wanted to just drive away but I APOLOGIZED for her having her volume low… She handed me my coffee I gave her my card She then swiped my card 5x handed it back to me and slammed the window. This was at 3:30 pm months later from my previous experience.
You don’t have to pander to a guest, but just common courtesy would be nice. I feared my order was going to be tampered with because of the interaction. Shouldn’t have to feel that way when ordering a hot coffee with creamer and equal. When the revolution uprising starts, I feel this Dunkin’ Donuts is going to be ground zero. Lolololol. Kidding, but seriously management should talk to their employees and just tell them it ain’t that serious. Y’all chose to work there. No one is forcing you. Won’t be coming back, and I work in an office 2 blocks away. Felt safer at that busted Rac trac up the road where 50 homeless guys ask me for money the minute I get...
