MrBeast Burger — Restaurant in Pompano Beach

Buyers BEWARE!!! I went to MrBeast Burger because the kids wanted to try. Totally disappointed with it. Great Idea to use another restaurant to sell the product. The problem is some of these restaurants will not maintain the quality that would be expected. I spent $57 for four burgers, four fries, and one can of soda. If you wanted to add ketchup or mustard to a sandwich, there was a 25-cent upcharge, and lettuce was 50 cents. I picked up the food from Pompano Pizza, and they were having issues with their pizza orders that should have been my first key that there was going to be a problem. The order was supposed to be ready by 1:38, I arrived at 1:47, and the food was not ready until 2:00. All the burgers were overcooked and the burger buns were teetering on being stale. The wife's Karl's Deluxe was missing the caramelized onions (other than cheese, which is all on this sandwich). I tried the Beast Style Fries with the hamburger added. They used sweet pickles on the fries (which I would not expect), there were no caramelized onions as advertised, and the burger was overcooked. The seasoned crinkle fries were the only thing enjoyable. Finally, on the website, it shows a 20 oz. bottle, but when I picked up the order, they gave me a 12 oz. can.

In all, they must do better in choosing establishments for this service, creating customer quality control, or creating their own stores. Ordering online from an organization that has no control over the product is a mistake that I made. Please do not make the...
