Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Pompano Beach

I will be NOT be returning I walked into this establishment at 8pm and the grill was already closing down 3 hours early, there was no vinegarette and there was absolutely no one to greet me I stood in line alone for over 5 mins. Finally a young man from the back (shown in picture) came to take my order he was rude and seemed like he didn’t want to be at work all the employees were hiding near the online station when I originally walked in. When I asked for fresh rice because all the food on the line looked old and unpleasant he stated there was no more rice besides that and that I would have to wait for the cook to prepare a whole new batch. No one inside was prepared to greet or service customers and the employees weren’t helpful AT ALL I came here after a long day of work and the treatment, lack of food and service and below minimum especially for a chipotle…I eventually just left without ordering as the service was just overwhelmingly negative...

Late night visit around 9:30 was not pleasant. My husband waited to be waited on (one girl behind the counter & guy at the register). Worker making food made the two peoples food in front of him & then made some pickup or online orders & told my husband politely that she will be right with him. After she made those orders she looked at her watch (it was 9:30) & told the guy at the register to wait on my husband because she was off at 10. The guy at the register came over & told him I guess I have to make your food. My husband asked if everything was ok. The worker said yes is everything ok with you? Asking my husband. The worker struggled to make the order as another worker walked in & the guy making our food said I need your help where have you been? My husband got home & told me his experience. I’ve given this location chance after chance, but it’s gone from being hit or miss, to a complete miss. Every single visit, the chips are stale, and the guacamole is either way too salty or has no seasoning at all. On top of that, I constantly have to remind the staff about missing items in my bag.
