My wife and I were shopping and came across a kitchen display. The entire kitchen was being sold for $2,500. When speaking with Jason, he let us know the island had already been purchased, but the rest of the display would be$2,000. My wife and I loved the cabinets and offered $1,500. He let me know he'd call next week after approval to sell for less than they were asking I spoke with Jason about coming by the following week to pick them up. He offered that his guys could disassemble and wrap the cabinets up for an additional $700 cash. I thought it was a bit much but excepted the additional service. When I arrived the following week to pick up them up they had been dismantled but not wrapped. I asked Jason about that, he asked one of the guy and he began to wrap the cabinets in plastic as promised (and paid for) when one of the ladies from the front came over and began asking him to stop. I heard her ask him if he was using their plastic and that she didn't want to pay to pack the cabinets. I was a bit shocked but thought ok. We loaded as many cabinets as we had room for and let Jason know we'd be back for the rest. When we returned to pick the rest of the cabinets I noticed one of the main pieces was set to the side. I asked about loading these next and Jason told me it wasn't included with the display. I asked him about our conversation on our initial visit,(my wife and I ask several times about the countertops and all the cabinets including this one. All but island and appliances he replied multiple times) He told me it had already been purchased by another client and was never included. He'd call them to see if they wanted it and sell to me for an additional cost . After getting no where suddenly the same women who had earlier stopped the gentleman from wrapping the cabinets called my attention from behind the front desk. Despite the fact that I'd never seen her before she insisted that that cabinet wasn't included in the display. She continued by telling me she was the General manager and that she wanted the piece for herself and wouldn't sell it. I went back and forth with her for a few minutes stating my case that Jason had indeed specifically told my wife and I that it was included in the display for the price we had paid. She began to get pretty rude with me and told me that "I could bring back the cabinets and they would return the $1,500 but not the $700 I paid for disassembly and"packing". So basically I'd be loosing 1/2 day, cost of gas and $700 to return the cabinets. The tone of her voice let me know she had her eye on this cabinet and was not going to be fair with me. So basically everything in the display mean 2/3rds of the display and I was screwed. I'm actually a contractor and have sent quite a few clients there to make selections. Read moreWorking with Izabella Lozza at Prosource Pompano was the single best decision we made while designing and selecting products for our home addition build to expand our master bedroom bathroom and closet. She was friendly and incredibly helpful and fully understood the exact style and "vibe" we were trying to achieve. Not only was she always available to us and happy to go above and beyond, but she made tons of helpful suggestions and educated us on different products. She dedicated A LOT of time to us and I admit I am a very obsessive detail oriented person that likes to talk out the pro's and con's of every decision I make. She was incredibly patient and helpful and very involved in assisting us in narrowing down even the tiniest details and decisions. She genuinely cared about every aspect as if the project was occurring in her own home and we are so grateful!!! She was so skilled at helping us with suggestions and giving us different things to consider that more often than not her idea's became our favorite ideas while always respecting our budget as well. Looking back now, it's insane how much better the final result will be compared to what we came up with on our own and we thought we had done a pretty good job with our ideas, but Izabella helped us step everything up to a more elevated level that did not hurt our bank accounts! We have a few more projects lined up after this one, and Izabella will continue to be our main go to individual in the industry for those projects as well. Furthermore, She and Prosource have wonderful customer service. We found one of our items cheaper at a different retailer after we already ordered them from Prosource, and without us having to do anything they automatically made it right and gave us a full price adjustment. 5 stars across the board, we will absolutely be back for our future projects and are happily referring Izabella and Prosource to friends and family! Read moreUnfortunate experience I recently had at Prosource, I have noticed small errors from Prosource employees in the past, my encounter with a drafter named "Jason" was particularly disheartening. During my visit, Jason made several disparaging remarks about Interior Designers, referring to them as "thieves" and "salespeople with no showroom." His behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful, leaving a negative impression of Prosource as a whole. It appears that "Jason" may be using the client's list to conduct direct sales, which is a concerning breach of trust and confidentiality. Given this encounter, I am hesitant to recommend Prosource for kitchen cabinets to anyone. It is crucial for a business to maintain a level of professionalism and respect for their customers and industry partners. I believe that hiring a professional drafter in place of Jason would significantly improve the overall experience for clients and foster a more positive reputation for Prosource. On a more positive note, I must acknowledge that the tile department has improved, and the new employees demonstrate better service compared to last year. However, I firmly believe that addressing the issue with Jason is essential for the long-term success and reputation of Prosource.
