The Produce Spot — Local services in Pompano Beach

This store has great deals on different items all the time. When I stop by it is like an adventure because they get different products every day. VIP is worth it if you spend anywhere close to $50 a week there. It seems like it is only getting better but you can't expect them to have every item on your list like Publix. So if you have the time in your schedule to hit multiple food stores, include this one and you will soon get an idea what to get there versus your other suppliers. I personally stop here first before rounding out my needs at other stores because I never know what good finds I will have. Go every day if you have time and your refrigerator, stomach and wallet...

This weekend is their official grand opening weekend. Plenty of signage on the street around it telling you where it is. Store a bit more crowded due to the weekend and grand opening. Checkout lines a bit long but moving. They are constantly refreshing the shelves. New addition from last visit: fresh juice bar with premade bottles, deli counter, sub station, Mexican pastries, and cafe tables. They still need to work on pricing consistency (same items throughout the store priced differently) and signage with pricing as many items have no price...

I went to the newly open one in Deerfield Beach. I went on a Wednesday and it wasn’t too crowded, but I’d imagine on weekends that it is, plus small parking lot. Great deals!
