La Obra Maestra — Restaurant in Ponce

Loved this place that recently opened, across the streets from the Teatro La Perla, en el casco de Ponce. The decor is beautiful, with antiques perfectly placed in spots throughout the restaurant, walls and bar. The chandeliers gave the space a classic and unique vibe, the jazz and blues music playing in the background made us feel at home. We began with some Moscow mules which were delicious and had bits of ginger in it. The French onion soup was divine, as well as the cubanita sliders… todo súper rico! We spent the week traveling around Puerto Rico. This was by far the best, most delicious meal we ate all week. The chef is truly talented and creative. The chef changes the menu regularly so don't get your heart caught on one meal. But rest assured whatever you eat, you are in for a treat. STOP LOOKING!!! Eat Here!! My family of 6 found this by accident and it is now one of our favorite places. Even with 4 kids under 15, we felt like they treated us like family. We appreciate quality food and this does not disappoint. Fast service and amazing atmosphere. They surprised us by allowing my kids to discover the speak easy!!!!
